@@bonniemoreland2658 Shelden himself was a pilot and would personally fly the kids on and off of the island. I don't believe there were other pilots involved, but as with stories like this, I could be wrong.

I have a 12 year old son, only a few mins in and this is already a really hard watch. Already tearing up. I can't imagine having to live through something like this and losing your child in such a horrific way and to not have answers or any justice for them I would lose my mind.
Those poor children and those poor families left to pick up the pieces. There really are some sick individuals in this world

Retired Navy pilot here.....i can confirm, there is absolutely NO reason why any small plane couldn't fly or land there. Conditions are flawless, and that is a HUGE runway for a wide variety of aircraft to land.

I'm not even a pilot and I can tell from the arieal view of that runway in the video it can be done.
Be careful investigating these types of places. The people involved are powerful people in our governments. You might be surprised whos involved.

This subject is very touchy and hard to a lot including myself so they try to hush it away and pay it off like nothing happened when it’s the exact opposite and should always be remembered how it needs talked about still, my assaultant is thankfully diseased but how money played into my case and how hushed and changed to protect my assultant by courts and my other side of the”family” is so sickening to this day how much people treat SA with children especially with young males
I never got my justice so anytime I see or hear something alarming I do everything in my power to not have it end up like it did with me and my cousins who had to go through so much pain and trauma
So thank you for not letting these kids pass in silence
It means more than a lot of others would ever know
I hope one day these kids will get what they deserve and finally feel that peace instead of hurt and can move on to a better place…

My heart goes out to you and the children/ adults who suffer. I appreciate you for speaking and sharing your truth. I agree with you, it’s such a difficult and uncomfortable conversation that needs to be addressed more often. The more we can openly talk about this within our homes and publicly, the less power of secrecy and space it has to live in the shadows. Society has monsters that rely on victims silence due to shame, guilt and fear. This should be the burden of the predators. We need more laws that punish severely those who harm children. Part of that shame is having to bleep out a word on RUclips because it’s seen as controversial, sensitive or vile. Words that describe monsters are not what’s hurting children, it’s the people these words describe and how can we begin to protect and help if we can’t say it out loud? What message does that send to a child? Sorry, I have no right to preach and I talk too much. I wish there was a way to do more. Thank you and take good care. ❤
@@sayitaintsl0w thank you ♥️ and I agree 100% it needs taken more seriously and more laws should be enforced and more, it’s something non of us asked for that we half to live with in our own ways every single day but the more it’s talked about I pray more is done and in better ways more than it has been now and in the past..and yea I think there should be a type of program that isn’t to much but like a safety class like the program safety town for children/teens that could potentially be dealing with any type of abuse at home or wherever so they know that it’s not okay and can get the help they deserve and so they have a better understanding when to get help instead of it being confusing and being told to be quiet and ignored, I myself want to be an advocate for abuse it’s just sometimes triggering still I need to work more on because I get extremely emotional when it’s younger children and I see myself in them in ways but i definitely plan on making my voice more known in anyway I can help and if that’s what I’ll do for the rest of my life I will, i appreciate your kind words and thank you again 🙏

It’s really sad that one of the men kept feeling like he had to blame himself. He was a child and felt like he couldn’t say no. The only blame should be on his teacher, I hope he can heal and realize nothing was his fault.

This was super interesting. I read about this year's ago. There's a reason people got away with this, this went right up the food chain. Allegedly. People in that town know who they are. Gutless cowards that they never spoke up., put them away. Those children deserved to be protected. It makes me sick. Thank you for putting this story out, maybe it will bring something to light. Some of those monsters are still alive.

The rollercoaster you have to go through to be able to go this island just to give us and made me aware of the horrible things that happened in the 70's. I believed too that there was a conspiracy. I feel sorry and sad for all the victims they were only kids and had no power to fight back.

My late mother loved your channel. I've been a silent viewer for a few months now, and I've enjoyed binging your content. It's so well thought out. But the amount of research they did and work all three of you did in this video for the victims sums up why she loved you. I teard up multiple times in this video, especially in the beginning with the ghost equipment. I've never seen clearer and consistent evidence in my life, and im an avid lover of the paranormal world pretty much my entire life. You gave these sweet faces the best amount of justice you guys could do with the resources you have. You guys were so respectful and determined to give the victims a voice in a world that drowned them out. I cant wait to see where you go next!

Nobody wanted to be the ones to take you across because of the repercussions of being in association with your investigation. Likely shares/funding involved. The excuses were to feign ignorance.
There is likely an underground system, some cabins may be decoys.
Metal detectors could have been a good idea for things out of _sight_ .
Highly recommend breaking up your daily/weekly routines for the next 2 months minimum.
I wonder if there's still nefarious things going on at that island.. There could also be many more bodies there. I wouldn't be surprised if there was more than one killer.,due to the sick demented men that associated together.

The airstrip has recent tracks on it and the walking trails look well used. Interesting that the plane company didn't want to take you after they knew why you were going. They're still trying to keep the secrets. I wonder who owns the plane company and if they have links to the people from the p ring. Those beds don't look old and mouldy either and fresh looking locks on the doors and there's a new looking mailbox too.. So weird. I wonder if there's bodies on that island. How ridiculous that the FBI couldn't get a warrant for crimes that happened there!! I'd be interested in the judge who refused to sign that warrant. They need to check that island. Those kids deserve justice!! Thankful to the 2 guys who did take you.

I’m tired of certain words having to be ‘bleeped’ out. These words that you’re having to bleep out are horrible atrocities that are happening every second of every day around the world. Bleeping the words out does not help. He kind of hides the scum, gets them a cover, just as many people have hid them and covered up for them throughout the years.

Your storytelling is some of the best! I watched this entire thing and wow, cannot believe it!
This is why people need to actually talk with their kids over & over again while adjusting the talk to their kids maturity levels.
It's far more likely someone you & your kids know will hurt them than a stranger.
But they still need to know to beware of strangers & how to stay safe while still asking for help if needed.
Not so much choosing a specific type of person like a mother with kids.
But rather to stay in open & not go anywhere with them.
Cell phones are a good way to help keep them safe with different kinds to fit your familar. Like a flip phone & such.
Although if i were taking kids to a fair or something that were very young I'd definitely consider putting a gps tracker in their clothes.
Mostly just in case they wander off accidentally. It can happen to anyone.
When my niece, nephew & cousin's were little i was pretty either touching them like holding their hand or shoulder.
Or they walked in front where i could see tgem. Because otherwise i got a crick in my neck from looking constantly over my shoulder.
