Right. They almost 180° all his moves completely on here too.
Ralf is not good in XIII, but god bless me if his one-tap combo doesn't bring a primal feeling. Ralf and Maxima definitely had the impact.
Because of his moves is d@m♑ near 180° in XIII, I can understand why you & possibly others would feel this way. But I seen what he can do if one puts a little elbow grease with Commander Jones(I think I got his rank wrong). I promise you he's more good than you think..

You be lucky to see any if not most of these combos unless you run into a veteran of kof in actual match.
I'd say a tournament pro player. KoF XIII is infamous for requiring near perfect execution window, those touch of death combos are no joke brother.
What's even more crazier is it's cry babies on here that's against every character on here having PV combos, completely ignoring the sample factors brought up here...😂

that luffy neo max is so dope! i remember when some dude gave a reverse straight on IGL BALA and finished him with this neo max, then in the next game BALA take out his K' from his pocket and simply DESTROIED the shit out of this dude, that was a good evo...
I know people miss the Argentine Backbacker but I love that Ralf is this brute force brawler with explosions now. One of SNK's best redesigns. Up there with Rekka Kyo.

Cool stuff! But I'll never understand why the combo counter stops at 99 hits...
The best sense I can make of that is, with the game being as hard as it is with not only learning the combos but being able to pull them off in actually matches. They wasn't expecting players to go that far with combos. Especially when you can get a lot of PV combos for way less hits.

The meatiest clark. Sadly I remember Ralf & Clark being sort underwhelming in this game.

Clark is decent. He has a few more useful tools than Ralf.
Ralf has high damage but struggles to get in and struggles to stay on them when he does. Also doesn't have any reliable way of keeping people off him without meter.
He needed a bit more tweaking as some of his moves are redundant. Hard knockdown on his throw would've helped.
What, you tripping mi ninja. Mexico loved the 💩 out of Clark in XIII. I even recently watched videos of him being used in G-M/Beta run for G-M going H-A-M. & don't even get mi started with Ralf...
Ralf have a couple of moves in XIII that can tank hits, even without meter being needed, @@FPSJesus. It just took better timing without meter. & I've personally him applying pressure throughout the round(s)to gain the win.. Again, without meters being needed(Unless a super was done for combo purposes). If I'm not mistaken, his blow back attack could tank a hit. If not, it was hard to deal with on block because of his range for it.
@DanKen139 I don't recall his CD having any armor. It's +3f on block but 15f startup so leaves quite a bit of a gap to interrupt it. There isn't much you get out of it without meter unless you get a counter hit in the corner.
Run, close C, QCF C repeat was also good.
It's not like he has nothing to work with he just has to work harder than some characters

I love KOF, however many of the combos are repeated sequences, they are locking combos that don't have much variety, although they are lethal, they should be able to do more movements.
Yeah using the same move 99 times isn't the most appealing combo I've seen
