Rope thing up there? I wouldn't encourage to be the lowest bid as it drives prices down. Customers will expect those low prices moving forward. Sell safety instead.
The "swing things" are mostly meant for fall restraint not fall arrest if your talking about what I think you are. Unless its certified for the proper weight you have to be careful on those things
Never risk your life without being paid top dollar! Never underbid yourself as a company unless maybe your just starting out. Low bids drive the industry standard cost down . I’ve done this 27 years , and shit happens up there if you do it long enough . It’s not totally safe actually, and as buildings get older they get more dangerous to do safely . Any new window guys on here be safe and set prices up higher on these properties, they can afford a lot more than you might think . Never not get paid for a profession nobody could or even would do . @@Uzzi2022 I've been using them smaller ones and then they just kept getting bigger and bigger, I pretty much figured it out myself knowing that one mistake and I was through but thank God we've been fortunate and very careful over the years.

How do you get insurance? Is it crazy expensive?
@@danielcammack203 I have a guy I use it's about 400 down and then 50 bucks a month for the year and it gives you enough insurance, super worth it
Did you already know how to operate the boom lift or did you hire someone to do it?
