Good tips, but I'm amazed at how much focus is put on getting things as fast as possible, rather than doing it as well as possible. Sure, if you have to do 70 per day, speed is important, but if I'm hiring you and paying for the work, I'm less impressed at how fast you got it done and more impressed at how conscientious you are about doing a completely thorough job. Suggestion: do all three. Brush with the brush, then polish with the cloth, THEN water-load and smack it. That'll not only do a really thorough job, it'll also communicate to your customer that you take their trust seriously and want to do the best possible job. Good luck growing your company. Keep in mind that your customers' impressions about how good of a job you and your employees do is more important in the long run than putting the first priority on speed alone.
