I like this guy, he is showing people like me, that are passionate and are really trying to build something, how to deal with the troubles of the business. Good man here. I also would like to add this, I work 40 or more hours a week in a shop, I actually do ok. But I also clean windows before, after work and on the weekends until my business can sustain itself totally.
with that work ethic you're going to excel everybody, but there's some mental growth that you will have to embrace along the way that will be tough, and I won't keep it a secret I'll just trust that you will honor its simplicity and realize that most people will look at the simplicity of this advice and not respect it but the true gurus out there and those that must have what they want, they will execute upon the simplicity, plow into it and make all the money you can being your own Boss and then look forward to limiting your services to where you can delegate it to others who need a job always have that on your mind if you're actually doing the work think about how can I have someone else do this work next time don't get caught with a thousand clients and one technician you eventually want about 85 to 100 clients and maybe four technicians and a million dollar company, text me if you need any other advice 858-231-9846
