I've taken the Gaia brand for a few years now. It gives me clarity and focus. When I was in graduate school, I couldn't retain shit, you know all that reading different books and I was 55, going through menapause. That's when I started taking it. I would take it an hour before reading, sitting at home or Starbucks, I was so focused nothing distracted me. Then I would take it in the evenings an hour before class, I will have retained everything I'd read. During presentations, I was cool, calm, and collected. Now I take it before bed because it helps me sleep and I wake up focused on the day and I take it again about 5:00 in the evening because it also helps with depression, which I've always had bouts with. So yeah, it works.
I'm wrestling with menopause 😠😠😠 between being down right PISSED lol and insomnia I'll try anything at this point.

I wish I had listened to you years ago about ashwaganda. This stuff has changed my life. My stress levels have gone way down. It’s my wonder drug. I only take about 300 mg a day in divided doses. It helped with my memory, depression and calms me down without feeling drugged. ❤️❤️❤️
