It's perfect and nicely priced for the property! The only change I would make is to turn the trullo into my darkroom (I still work in a traditional silver gelatin darkroom) and work room.

It won’t be for everyone… the property is actually brighter than most properties of the area, and all the windows offer very picturesque views

You have to understand that being a traditional house in a location that has a very hot climate those windows are even bigger than expected. Thick walls and small windows help keep the house fresh when the sun scorches the land!

Price does not seem commensurate with the fit and finish of the property. It is a quaint property but I feel the price is a high ask.
In addition why not include the price in the video? Even if the price changes, just put a date and disclaimer that price is subject to change.

It’s not just the property that sets the value, location, land, views, potential for adding pool, potential rental income, and how many more like this one there are. We don’t come across properties that tick this many boxes often. Puglia is highly in demand, with this style of property being what everyone is looking for. It has obviously driven up prices. What’s the problem with having the price written in the description? It’s quicker and easier to get to if that’s all you are interested in.

Typically all the properties deliberately targeting foreigners are substantially marked up compared to what's typically just advertised to the locals. These videos are great for getting ideas or getting a sense of where you might want to be or who you might want to work with, but if price is your main criteria best to go and shop like a local... If not, pay extra for the convenience 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@YouMotorcycle the property prices in this area have gone up due to foreigners buying them, you won’t find properties like this much cheaper because local owners know their property is in demand. Can you buy cheaper which might need more work? Yes but you will need to carry out more work do it comes with all the negatives of not knowing how much the work will cost you, not knowing how long the permissions will take to get, obviously you also pay for the convenience of a ready to move into property.
