It's been years since I was in Rome, but I still remember my favorites! Carbonara: Roscioli Salumeria Ristorante Amatriciana: La Tavernaccia da Bruno Suppli: Bonci Pizzarium Gelato: Giolitti Cappuccino: Antico Caffe Greco
Hi! Nice to see you pick up the sauce from the plate with the bread! In Italy we say: "FARE LA SCARPETTA" All Italians do it! Ahahahah... But, you shouldn't put the cheese on the "ARRABBIATA" , even if the ancient Romans said: "DE GUSTIBUS NON DISPUTANDUM" wich means "There is no question of personal tastes". Anyway, bravi ragazzi! Siete fantastici! You made me fall even more in love with my conutry. I will definitely recommend your amazing tours to some American friends who will come next year. BUON APPETITO A TUTTI!
Amazing beautiful scene and foods, 🤔 rainbow color pizza? taste delicious? ! _ ! So charming..... Oh my God flower fried foods..... I'd like to taste it, if I could.... That's much different in our country.... We eat "Lilium" or "Nelumbo"....
Ve l'avevo detto = "you were warned", in italian the expression can also have a positive declination, so in this case it means "I told you it was good". Good vid and greetings from Rome!!!
Hey man, your videos are great, and i've just returned from Rome with my family and we used all your videos to learn about stuff and get around, visiting a lot of the places you mentioned, and we felt really well versed in advance of what to do and expect etc...we hired the Bird e-scooters, which worked out great for getting around and covering a lot of ground each day. We will certainly be going back, and next time doing your tours thanks again, Simon & Family
Hello, sorry, I got a questions : Isn't "caffe macinato" drinks different than the other coffee? What's that taste like? Is that taste like condensed milk? or different? Is that special then other caffeine Make products? Is it a powder or milk in the can? Thx! .... Well, nice video sharing....movie shooting and editing are great.... Thx!
Lucked out and hit multiple places on this list when were were there last month. Still disappointed we missed out on Trapazzino. BTW We did Elise's Santo Spirito tour in Florence... was incredible!
Tried the Panino at Trapizzino in NYC today and quite frankly I wasn't impressed and I would think that it's not much different in Rome. They gave me half a sandwich and the Panino was OK but nothing to write home about. And to top it all off a half a sandwich, three little Paninos and a soft drink cost me $36.00. I don't mind spending the money if it's great but this was average at best. Seems to me this is just touristy hype food. Won't be buying it when I'm in Rome in September. Let's hope your other suggestions are worth it. just sayin from the NY guy 😂
I’m sorry you had a negative experience in NYC, but NYC is not ROME. Trapizzino is beloved by Romans and some thing you should definitely consider trying because it’s delicious I can guarantee you it will not cost you $36 in Rome for what you ordered in NYC.
Tired of the same list of touristic places reccomend by tourists! Ironic, isn’t it? With very few exceptions of some occasional place’s reccomend obviously by locals…the tons of videos done by Americans are more and less all the same! And within few years, even months it’s like going to Disney World. In Rome, Florence etc there are sandwiches places once excellent where nowadays the line in order ti be served lasts hrs while often around the corners there real excellent places. Well, the “ power “ of social media….

Potato pizza was my favorite!
What did you love about it?
Great movie Sean. I would add coda alla vaccinara to the list :)
Yea, great pick! That’s on our blog “top foods to try in Rome” but we ran out of time filming to get some shots of it!
Good stuff Sean!
Buon appetito 🍾🍷🍷👍🇮🇹
Great.
Thanks 💪🏼
Mordi e vai! The amatriciana panino is heaven

Any corner bar like Bar San Calisto

What is everyone’s favorite dish? Which city in italy has the best food?

I already like pasta but arrabbiata is next level
I fondly remember the great food in Firenze 💓
Gricia!!!
TBD :)
Is he saying “trappin’ zino” instead of trapizzino? Sure sounds like it to my ear.
I like suppli the best
2:09 pretty sure that's cilantro not parsley.
Hi, is cilantro amazing in Italy? In our country nobody fans it.... Haha
No no, that's parsley.
@@grethi8110 cilantro, sure.... That's not the best topics, I only care about the cheese, +_+....
Saw the same thing!
Do Italian eat chicken or fish
Yes. But usually not chicken and pasta together
Italians eats chicken, roast, meat in various more than pasta or pizza
Sean, if YOU CANNOT pronounce it, we are sunk! Taking notes! Cannot wait!
Don’t listen to the haters…

NYC is way overpriced
TRAMEZZINO, no Trapizino or other definitions
TRAPIZZINO
I am on a low-carb diet.
Rip
8:42 Remember. Carbonara is NOT an opinion.
Why is carbonara not an option?
@@TheTourGuyVids because it is a fact
@@The_Green_Ghost you don’t eat carbonara in Rome?
@@TheTourGuyVids oh we do eat it! I was just quoting an old meme, sorry if i came out as hostile or something
Flavio velvadevaletto 😂
Trapizzino? As a Roman I can tell you:
Sorry but that's not a typical roman food.
Never heard before.
Sorry but you are missing out. We love TRAPIZZINO and have for many years
@@TheTourGuyVids I am Roman from generations

His Italian accent is not at all good. He aspirates single t’s, and he opens closed vowels and closes open ones.
Look out. The accent police is here 🚔👮🏽♀️🚓
Thank you for sharing!!!
You are so welcome!
