Imagine being able to see Sleep Token , Northlane , and Architects in the same night . What a sick tour !

Holy shit, I know that there are bands who sound very good live, but Vessel legit sounds nearly identical to studio. Such an amazingly talented singer
literarlly in almost every band comments you can see a comment like that -_ | Not saying Vessel is bad of course, he is awesome!
"talent"...more like years of hard work. being talented in something only gives you a headstart, but relentlessly improving and practising is what makes such "talented" artists

Honestly, a lot of their sound is heavily reliant on electronics. His voice is obviously the star, but there’s a lot of backing tracks in their while the instruments are doing very little so you’re hearing basically the recorded song with him singing on it

The way he moves on stage, the gestures make me think of someone whose telling you a story with their whole body, rather than "merely" singing.
That snare is awesome
Vocal ability, musicianship, stage presence, incredible versatility and musical arrangements. This band truly has it all. You can see their improvement live as well just in the last year or two. Background singers is an awesome addition to the live performance. They deserve to be absolutely huge.
got chills just watching this. this band feels like best kept secret :-) its just inevitable, that they become massive one day.
This is their breakthrough album, I’m calling it now

When I listen to this song I forget to breathe sometimes. If I’m at the concert.. i would probably die 😂
I appreciate how the crowd isn't singing along.... maybe that's a UK thing, but when the crowd is quiet, Vessel's performance comes through so much better

That concert was in january, they were way less known back then. I mean, being the first band before Northlane and Architects...

Not sure how far away you are from Detroit, but they are touring United States in fall, September and October. Detroit show 9/15/23.

thx for the uploads! i missed sleep token because the concert was rescheduled by 1 hour and i didnt know. i was more than mad.
It's even worse, I found out that it should start at 7,but when I finally arrived at 2min before due to the bad traffic, sleep token had already started at 45, which nobody was informed about... I wanted to see chokehold so badly

Im curious how often they will do the summoning live, considering the screaming is very intense, not that I doubt Vessels ability, but it is damn heavy
@@hondooooooooo that’s what I’m thinking. They’ve never done Gods and my guess is because the screaming is too intense for vessel to do night after night so it might be the same thing
@@moseygosey Tbf I do think there are times when some songs should stay out of live setlists, to protect vocalists voice and overall sometimes some tracks sound better in headphones if that makes sense., I wouldnt want Vessel to screw up his voice permanently for the rest of the tour for the sake of one song.
Like dont get me wrong, many artists do scream live, and they do it on the regular but screaming takes years of professional training, voice therapy, voice aftercare etc. its a lot and its not easy

First of all, i think its great you can hear his voice so clearly without people singing/screaming along..also they were little known 5 months ago here in Germany and only the opener for Architects. I am so happy I was there...what an awesome day. 😍

My only complaint about this band is the stage presence. I love this band, but Some of his movements just look kinda awkward in that cloak. I think it's something he should revise. Maybe practice the moves in a mirror, buy a heavier fabric cloak or even a mic stand to free up his hands to do those creepy hand contortions like he does in the music video.
Other than that their music is just phenomenal. I can't get enough. but something about watching the singer jump around like a kid in their first Scream costume doesn't feel right.

I dont get it with lighting techs now. So many using strobes. It takes away from the performance. Just stop already. Its their job to set the mood not set people off into seizures. Just horrible light show

It's always been a thing. I'm Atheist but I go along with the worship thing because it's part of the bands mystique. ST social media is all spooky and symbolic as all their songs are too.
It's also about being inclusive. Lady Gagas' fans are little monsters or something and Sleep tokens fans are called worshippers, a lot of artists "groupies" have names. It unites us all and makes us feel as though we are part of something.
This band changes lives and has personally helped me through my hardest times.
