Got this ripped from the Opening of Fire Emblem Echoes
It is also a slightly altered version of the Final Map music

Echoes was my first Fire Emblem game, and I really didn't know what to expect from it. When I booted up the game for the first time, the opening cinematic played and I realized that this was something special. Echoes is by far my favorite game of all time, and the song sets the game's story up so well. Its a bitter sweet, melancholic tale about growing up, and this track conveys that perfectly. It's hard to listen to this without feeling something: sadness, joy, acceptance. This game is so underappreciated
It makes me mad that people didn't buy this game because this was really a return to roots FE but with the modern gameplay that people like, sadly now they've gone down a different road for FE, didn't even bother buying Engage.
@@solarcry287 Echos was my second Fire Emblem. I started with Awakening last summer and as soon as I finished it I started Echos. I have played all the Fire Emblem games I can on what systems I have. Shadow Dragon DS, Fates, Echos, Awakening, Three Houses, Engage even Warriors and Three Hopes. Fire Emblem is now my favorite series ever and I wish I decided to play it sooner. I love the new games like Three Houses but Echos is special. I think part of the reason is that is old but they remade it so well and it is just like the original. I have looked up the maps of the original and they are practically identical. Echos is my favorite out of all the ones I've played. I think it's almost time to play it again for the 5th time. I hope they remake more of the older game while still staying faithful to the original like they did with Echos

@@Daredesuka2234 I understand it pretty well, my first FE was awakening and I loved it so much that it turned into my favorite of the franchise and started playing the rest of games. FE is the reason why I chose what to study, so I would really like to introduce it to friends but because almost no one knows it they dont want to give it a shot. So maybe the reason you wrote that is the same as mine, tell how much you liked the games.
Fire emblem is underrated
imagine if they played this for the battle preperation in teh final map and then transitioned into teh normal final map theme

Ok Me I bought this game 3 years ago and am replaying it and goddamn is it a wonderful game. Don’t get me wrong, Three houses is an amazing game but there is a certain charm about Echoes that makes it my favorite game in the series. Maybe it is because I got burned out on Three Houses than I did Echoes because I played that game twice in less than a month. With praise coming from new and old fans when it comes to Echoes and Three Houses I am excited on what they do next.

@@xeno4204 I got this last year after finishing Awakening and even though I have played the DS, 3DS, and Switch game since then, Echos is still my favorite. I think it's time for my 5th playthrough soon

Man i was down to Celica and Alm in the last part and it was my first time doing this and i wanted to cry after i messed up cause I forgot to save about 3 chapters

@@kian26master oh believe me, I know it was popular. Got the special edition because I was so hyped. In retrospect, it was alright. The negatives really weighed it down though.
I owe fates and awakening because if they had not succeeded we would never have gotten this one but yeah I think this is easily the best 3ds fire emblem.

I just finished the game. Holy fucking shit did I love the story; pretty much makes up for how awful Fates was 😂 The characters were awesome, especially Alm, who's probably my favorite character in the entire series now. Not to mention the voice acting was absolutely flawless--Ian Sinclair, the man who was Berkut, did the best voice acting in this game in my opinion. I can't wait for the new main series Fire Emblem game coming to the switch and I bet it'll be just as fantastic. With that being said, FE Echoes: Shadows of Valentia will always have a place in my heart. I'll have to do another playthrough soon
EspioMetroidNano THANK YOU. As another fan of Alm, I'm glad to hear that somebody agrees with me on him being the favorite. Most everybody I know just gushes over Celica (she drove me nuts). But you're absolutely right about the voice acting as well. It was incredible, and usually I'm impartial to the quality of voiceovers unless they're REALLY good or REALLY bad.
But can we just take a moment to appreciate how well-thought out and well-written the entire cast is? I find it incredibly impressive that i have almost no problems with anybody in a cast this large. Except Celica, but that's because i hated her personality. It was still very well-done aside from that.
Celica sadly carries over her more archaic personality from Gaiden. Utterly pacifistic to a point where she throws away common sense, she was a good balance to the more bloodthirsty and sociopathic Alm who wanted to go and destroy people without a care in the world... in Gaiden. In Echoes, Alm got such a rework that on one hand made him a loveable hero who you want to see succeed... but on the other hand destroys that balance. It's no longer two extremes, violent bloodlust vs. chosen apathy, but someone who tries to justify that they are right for not wanting to fight against someone who can point out that NOT FIGHTING AGAINST TYRANNY CAUSES PEOPLE TO SUFFER, CELICA, GET WITH THE TIMES!
I definitely agree on Berkut. You can tell in the way his lines are delivered when and where his fragile mind completely shatters (IE after the Border battle).

I don't make in-game soundtracks extension like BGM or OST, since BrawlBrstms3, Crunchii, Vector Harbor, MasterEnex (for Fire Emblem soundtracks especially), etc. are doing these already.
This one is an exception, because this music doesn't automatically loop itself in-game. Also, I know MasterEnex did this one as well, but I made a small adjustment of my own compared from his version, so it isn't exactly the same.
LooperFeel would it be possible for you to loop the "holy war" section in the Astral Temple DLC map? It sounds really cool

It's not in the Sound Test, unfortunately.
It's called "Omen". It's what the fandom says and it's what everyone else says, I guess you could just call it The Opening.
We could have got another Echoes game instead we got Engage which should just be called Heroes Deluxe...

Shadows of Valentia really got done dirty in Smash Ultimate's music selection, I didn't even know this game existed until I played FE Heroes. Now I've played it it's a hidden gem, miles better than Fates.

It has nothing to do with the Final Map of the game, I only stated that it ressembles the Final Map music of the original Fire Emblem Gaiden and of the current game.
