I love the big cards with the huge traces and only duble sided. the engineers back then are insane that they were able to build computer so complex on duble sided boards and some bodgewires. nice collection you have here I also got some cards in storage which look similar, I doubt they gonna be anything interesting though...
interesting choice of card size compared to the DEC PDP-8 or PDP-11; they seemed to want to pack a lot of functionality on a single card - explains the need for the card stiffener
Interesting that you mention DEC as the original engineers and founders of DG were ex DEC employees who wanted to move away from the multiple card CPUs that Dec was using at the time so chose to put the whole CPU on a 15 by 15 inch card. Some of these cards are pretty packed but some are very sparse.
Nice collection! I have a couple of wire wrapped ring memory cards for a Nova, as well as a Data General One Pharaoh which was used by DG techs who were in the field working on Novas and other DG minicomputers
