When lost in the dark, we NEVER forget those who gave us the light. This was like a Mother and Daughter reunion - absolutely beautiful and life affirming, thanks for sharing x
so proud of you Stacey! DDPY saved my back and my life. i'm committed to being the cause in the matter of others knowing their dreams matter. i am getting started on becoming a DDPY certified trainer to further spread the transformation i have experienced. i hope to help the other instructors get more clients and spread their experiences further as well!
DDP, these are simply amazing stories of inspiration. What's most interesting to us is that we do not know you as the famous wrestler. We found you via these incredible stories. Thank-you for sharing and making a difference in our world.
DDP- I worked at TBS when you were a wrestler with WCW. (And loved watching, too!) I'm amazed at what an inspiration you have become to so many. Congratulations on what must be such a wonderful, meaningful career choice for you. Keep up the great work!
Watching your story is like watching my life. I have tried everything and just tired of it When I saw DDP on Shark Tank, I took a leap and I have ordered the DVD's. They will be here any day. I will be turning to YOUR video on days I feel like giving up for inspiration to not give up. Thank you, thank you, for being so brave to share your pictures. I hope I can have the courage to do that too....You are an amazing woman and now my idol!
I listened to this video two days ago before I knew about the list. I never comment on RUclips but I need DDP’s help. Excellent video. I’ve listened to at least 100 of them in 2 days waiting for my DDPY to arrive. Such an inspiration Terri and Stacey! Adria
So moving and inspiring! I am going to be 45 this year and I was diagnosed years ago with sciatica. Most recently osteoarthritis in L5-S1. I am too young to be in pain every day! I now have a bedside commode and toilet seat raiser. It is embarrassing, but in the middle of the night and early morning, even after stretching in bed (or I couldn't walk), I have to use one or the other. At the very least, I am hoping to be pain free. The second thing I wish is to lose weight. The third, live longer!
Way to go Stacey! You’re awesome Terri. I am worth it is a concept I struggle with. I will do this because I have to and I am a competitive person at my core.
Just had to comment just so you know you are helping to inspire people in ways that you may not realize. I was trying to understand my husband who has cancer and fighting for his life in ways Ive never seen before. To a point where I thght he mgt hurt himself pushing as hard as he does. the song int his vid helped me to fully understand. I can't take away his RIGHT TO FIGHT as he sees fit. I must release my fear of hm hurting himself and allow him to do this on his own terms. never surrender
Wow, after seeing Arthurs story and now this, I am truly inspired! DDP, I have been a big fan of yours when I was a kid and I have been looking for a very, very, long time for a program like this! I will be ordering my copies of DDP YOGA very soon! I can't wait to get started, you make me believe that even I can be healthy, strong and fit! Thank you!
OMG DDP your one of my favorite wrestlers I really appreciate what your doing inspiring others and taking what you've learned to not only better yourself but share withthe world. I've just gone through some of your vids and the people you've affected and wow....incredible!!!! Good on you DDP that you've taking what you made from your wrestling career and made it even beter. Being a huge wrestling fan I know its a hard road for many of the wrestlers I'm glad you pushed your career even further
This is my hope, as I become immersed in all these wonderful stories...at one point they show Carnie Wilson as an inspiration here. Carnie is an inspiration, she is tenacious. Regretfully, something has happened that she has gained weight back. My hope is that all of the DDP Yoga progress I see have not been reversed for whatever reason - and that Carnie can find her way back. Peace.
DDP, you are a true inspiration. You are a fantastic athlete with a decorated career and for sure a future Hall OF Fame inductee in the WWE. But I don't think you are done yet, you have still to change the world... and you are well on track for that.
I relate so much to these stories of transformation. They are just amazing. I have tried so hard so many times and never been successful at getting it all off and keeping off what I've gotten off. I just purchased this DVD system. I PRAY that is this my answer. I'm WILLING TO DO THE WORK! I just need something that is reasonable and maintainable in my life style (working mom). I really hope one day I am making one of these videos for Dallas.
I so wish I was as gorgeous as you. You have really done alot. You're shining like a solitary star so bright and radiant. Wish I knew what to do. Congratulations to you!
Just goes to show you, it only takes one person believing in another to change everything. And stories about one person helping another are always love stories.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. It's really appreciated. I'm honoured you listened to me. Your positive messages and powerful drive have forced you to outweigh your title as "The People's Champ". In my opinion, you should be named "The People's Hero".
That's what it is positive energy. Have you ever studied the Law of Attraction? It's actually based on science and I've seen proof in my life. I recently hit rock bottom, because like Jake I was hooked on drugs. I lost my job, and got pulled over and got charged with possession. that was it for me. I cleaned myself up, and started to focus on doing the right thing. Things are turning around. I found 20$ lying right by my car and a friend got me a job. This is only the beginning.: )
Fat Sick Nearly Dead was a lifestyle changer for me. Honestly, find it on Hulu and watch it. Amazing results on the DVD and in my own life. I bought a VitaMix and did the diet (still adding protein, though) and the results are incredible. Can't say enough about that DVD.
DDP, have you thought about introducing your yoga workout to the military? They have all sorts of fitness programs and I really think they'd like DDP Yoga! I'm in the Navy and I'm from the Jersey Shore...SELF HIGH FIVE!!!
I wish I could get the DDP yoga. One day I will be able to spare some extra cash to get it. I have about 100 pounds to lose, and I truly believe this is my answer.
Do you have any yoga advice for someone with arthritis? I'm 27 years old and have been living with rheumatoid arthritis since i was 16. and i'm gaining weight because of aching joints. i feel like i'm losing this battle and i'm so young! what type of yoga poses would you recommend? my wrists are mostly affected but my knees are ok most of the time... thank ddp
This was great to see. Wondering if anyone knows if Carnie Wilson has kept the weight off. I know she had done the gastric bypass, then regained the weight and I thought she had yo-yo'd like that a few times. She should be talking more about her journey as well. I wasn't sure how long ago her appearance on Oprah was (guessing a awhile ago, since that's been off the air for a while). Stacey hopefully some say we'll meet, once I've reached my goals on DDP's plan.
DDP answered my question above. No spiritualism included. Thats what I needed to hear. I respect your opinion and your right to believe whatever you want. I have that same right and any workout containing hindu religious beliefs is personally not for me.
Hey DDP, I have a question regarding your program. As of late I have developed a mild problem with Carpel Tunnel in my left wrist, after years of playing percussion. (I have learned how to play with a more relaxed technique years later.) My wrist has been gradually getting worse over time and I don't want it to start messing with my playing at this point in my life. Especially, I'm in a college setting. Can the DDP Yoga program help me with the wrist pain?
Robert Rodriguez yes. Get the free app for your phone. It has tips on that and there's a video he does about ddpyoga for the office here on youtube that specifically discusses wrist issues.
@dalapage can u recommend me anything in a 15 year old male pretty much no upper body strength (can't do a push up mainly cause of my size I'm not crazy big but bi enough to make me know I need to change) I can't buy your workout thin I don't want surgery I dont want supplements I don't want drugs to do all i'm asking for is help that's all I want is help and results:'(
It is ALWAYS good to eat loads of fruit and vegetables. (except for allergies) It will definitely help you if you are trying to lose weight. I also recommend drinking water!
I love the joke about not needing cocaine to lose weight! Me and my friends used to joke and say "I think he/she's on the crystal meth diet", you'll sure lose weight quickly, along with your mind and money and friends and family. Seriously though, great job!
Man...I don't know what to say to that. Religions do not have to contradict each other. I don't know what it will take for people in this world to realize that all religions and science are all pieces of the puzzle. They work together, not against each other. "The traditions of men hide the truth of God. Mark 7:13"
peace and love I doubt it. I've been losing weight with DDPYoga and eating right. I have only lost 66.6 pounds, but I think the exercises are what keeps my body from getting too much of the flabby skin people who do the bariatric surgery get.
From what I can tell, it's his own system based upon the physical aspects of yoga. I've seen no mention of the mystical side in any of the materials. I'm an atheist, myself, an have no interest in that part of the practice.
Does DDPYOGA use only the physical workout part of yoga or also incorporate the hindu spiritualism? I am a Christian and following a exercise program with anything other than a Christian based theology would not be worth it. I would rather die a fat heaven bound Christian than a skinny hell bound yoga student. Just wondering.

She is such a beautiful lady.

Seems like she has not. Sad. @@floydefisher

That's just incredible. To lose over 100 pounds three times and finally getting the knowledge to make it stick
You're an amazing inspiration! Awesome. Believe in you. ;)
Wow! 👏
Wow, what truly remarkable experience! Congratulation:-)
Isn't the song in the first minute of the video from "Saving Private Ryan"?
I have a question, did you have a problem with sagging skin??? I am just starting the program and i am worried about that
No Self High Five.....High Fives for everyone ;)
I wish I could do it tooooo

Wow, beautiful!
Once you have a plan that works, the only difference between losing 1 pound and 100 becomes time.
ddp yoga!

Just remember, for every Stacy there's a Boogie2988, This wont work for everyone, but the only reason why it wont work is because you don't try.
Increase calories slowly
