That PL Morgan is more DMPL than all of the other graded DMPL ones shown in the video. I hope you get that gold stickered or redone into a DMPL holder.

Great video Drew! Quick question? Would you ever refund anyone who is unhappy with a purchase if and only if the same coin was returned to you? I only ask because i got burned for a GSA morgan that was sent to me with a worn box and no COA and very obviously cleaned and could be seen when held in hand, it was displayed in a way that the cleaning mark and hairlines would not show in the refraction of the light/luster, it was definitely cleaned but was never disclosed as such, so I sent it back only to be denied a refund and asked to buy them a new GSA box with the COA because it supposedly got damaged on the way? This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth for the love of the hobby and honeo wish i would have just purchased from you as you show all the details to the coin properly and are very transparent with pricing and quality, please continue to do what you do best!🙏🏼
The best way to avoid returns as a dealer is to offer great photos and customer service.
We try and stay on top of our calls and take the best photos we can. But in the rare case we have someone who would like to return a package, we work it out to make sure they get their refund.

I'm currently requesting the refund as this issue kinda evolved today to basically being ghosted about getting a refund as I've sat here requesting a refund from them for quite sometime now😑 very disappointing and I wish there was something I could do to rectify this because now I really feel like I've been robbed as I don't have the coin anymore being how I sent it back to the seller and they received it as well
