I have been in awe watching this man build this crane. Having been a crane operator for years I can honestly say I've never seen anything this realistic ever! I don't know what he gets paid for one of these, but I can tell you it's not enough. Simply amazing!!!

This is brilliant engineering, fabrication & creativity with common sense. Guy even used hand toolings to make parts for the crane. Just fab stuff. This dude is like a one man factory plant. If Elon hires this guy, he'll probably make a spaceship to go to Pluto.. 👌👍👏🏆

@GoTech18 I think that he was scaling down not up, I always wanted to build a crane like this, I use to work as a service engineer on real hydraulic cranes and mobile elevated work platforms "cherry pickers" and had to be able to do electric, hydraulic, and mechanical work plus be able to do fault finding and repairs on all of the equipment in the field, doing this was great but you had to be very versatile you would get a report from an operator saying that the machine would not steer so on the drive there you would be thinking about what it could be then when you got there you would find out the machine had run out of fuel and as well as not being able to steer it could not do anything else as well they would tell you anything trying to get away with paying for the visit. It was great work but you had to be skilled in everything including electronics to do the job right. I thing that this guy needs some more tools to make the job easier. A decent chop saw, a tig welder some sheet metal tools like a folder, a guillotine etc would have saved him a lot of time.

Получился охренительный кран . Самое интересное что он действительно поднимает тяжёлые грузы , а не просто ездит . Хотя некоторые узлы б я подругому сделал , к примеру один из важных узлов это место соединения платформы с станиной или основанием крана - я б использовал упорный подшипник . Но всё равно результат потрясающий . Мне страшно представить сколько он весит , теперь для крана нужен ещё один кран 😄

I too saw the 15 grand kanson scale version and my inner 7yearold went absolutely gaga. Yours may not be anywhere near as intricate or detailed, but I have to say, I'm more impressed because when you couldn't afford it, you built it, and yours is bigger and as demonstrated now has real PRACTICAL use. This is AMAZING!!! Eleven out of ten! Not sure if you can build them for less than five grand, but if you can, shut up and take my money.

He has built way more then just that crane!!!! Go look at his channel. He has made a few very large, and capable, machines.
