Some of these you can do yourself. If you don't have $30/month to drop on the first one, if you're a programmer or know a programmer, you can buy a projector and motions sensors to make one yourself. The Ori studio is harder. Cliclap is just magnets. Put magnets on the back of organizers and attach to the wall. My daughter already has a painted metal board in her room and we've attached magnets to it and she puts her hair ties, hairbrush, make-up etc... on the metal board. That's not expensive to make yourself. I assume you know the tile stickers are cheap. If you know a carpenter in construction, you can make the GLIM room divider. Create a design, trace it onto wood or let the carpenter get creative. They can install that. My Dad apprenticed as a carpenter in his teens and has been making stuff like my chest. He did a cute design on the outside for me and I've dragged that chest across oceans. I would say half of them are affordable depending on what or who you know.
Modifying and upgrading the lifestyle is been able to veiw in this video transformation and utility of space is taken care, yet have modern concept makes you manifest to live in such dream house or organise your office area.

That interactive floor is cool, but they are going to get someone killed. Saw a couple vids of people walking way high up on those glass skyway paths with an interactive floor that makes it look like the glass is cracking apart.... People totally freaked out! Going to give someone a heart attack someday... And gods help you if you walked on an interactive floor while under the influence of substances!!!
