Your water crossings turned out terrific! CS2 should make all bridge structures available to all route types, whether highway or local road or rail or pedestrian, so you don't have to do any tricks like dead-ends.

Honestly wish there were different models of railway station, perhaps some smaller ones (like an unmanned halt in for a exurban/rural area) , or perhaps even larger (say, multi-level stations), as well as elevated and underground stations, as well as elevated metro stations (guessing these'll come later as updates or DLCs)
The first thing Paradox will do after fixing the…slight optimization thing will be to release some free mods with hundreds of new assets from various countries. Maybe we’ll get some models of train stops and stations there!
Around 1:14 and 1:21 you can see that you have two way roads instead of one way roads leading up to both sides of the bridge by the big health institute. This causes some unused lanes and merging at weird spots leading to traffic congestion, should be a very easy fix. Thanks for this amazing build as always! :))
I think he did that to get the specific bridge because no other road has this asset
this was done on purpose for the appearance of the bridge

I was having a creative block, starting a new city over and over again to get things right, and never got past 20k citizens or so. But having to watch your content I really get inspired to make a natural looking great city, so thank you for that! It makes me enjoy CS2 much more!

Get it. Everyone is shitting on the game for no reason other than it's laggy in places and you can't shape buildings. As far as I'm concerned, the opening shot looked just as good, if not better, than the cities from CS1. That alone is a reason to get it.
"No other reason"? Are you joking? The game is very unfinished. There are so few assets, the economy simulation is completely broken, and the game has mostly the same limitations as in CS1, except for a better road tool@@RaccoonCityPoliceDept

If I may input. Wait til April to buy the game, that's when they expect to be done with mod support and the LOD update plus any bugs fixed along the way.

I want to make a suggestion. For the empty area right next to the train station, you should turn that whole area into a park for the city. Something for the citizens to get away from the city and relax a little.
I should learn to spread my cities, they are always so compact.
I have to agree with @mil3ston3s, CS2 builds the way the game is now cannot possibly look as nice as the builds in CS1. But you put in a very good effort and it shows. 👍👍 And your dance music soundtrack is faaaabulous! 🎶🎵🎶🕺💃🎶🎵🎶☺️

All of the trees jossling back and forth like a bunch of penguins. Trees rendering into existence extremely late. Trees popping into green colors randomly. Is this game still in alpha or maybe beta testing? I definitely wouldn't spend my hard earned money on something that clearly isn't finished.

Very, very cool. My only critique is that there are some really weird lumps and drops and also some weird curved sections.
Someone forget to upgrade highways :D
I hope they add Sim interactions. Noone at parks or Fire fighters or anything just makes it feel unalive

The highway roads used for the bridge at about the 1 minute mark incorrect. Should be 2 lane 1 way for each side.
A few of the other bridges have the same problem.

The bridges aren't mistakes, he did it because they look cool and there are no one-way bridges like those
I think you should try and densify around stations I know you have done this a little bit but park and rides bring less riders than high densities
To make a city like yours did you start with a simple city where did you put all the roads before the buildings?
wenn ich Deine Städte mit meinen vergleiche, hab ich immer 100mal Strassenverkehr, was der Performance irgendwann (bei mir ab ca. 120-150k E.) schon abträglich ist.. Hast du einen Tipp für mich für weniger Strassenverkehr?

Trees are quite funny how they move in the wind. I think you made the best out of your city at the current game´s status. But i am still on the side line and wont buy the game. I am missing sooo much things. Maybe end of the year the picture is clearer.

CS1 looks way worse in vanilla. It can look better though with the right mods.
