    Make a 4 pin version already! The only thing stopping me from throwing my money at you!

      We appreciate your patience as we work on a solution for the 4-pin harnesses! In the meantime, we do have a solution that would work for you!
      Check out this harness as a possible solution for you:

      @diodedynamics any updates on this? I have a 2020 gmc terrain and would love this light!

    I have seen other videos where it doesn’t sit flush inside the hitch and it looks to be sticking out about a quarter of an inch or so. I have a 22 4 runner. Would it be flush or stick out some?

      @diodedynamics  6 месяцев назад

      Due to the OEM hitch pin hole depth on the 4runners, the HitchMount would stick out more compared to other makes, however it is still just as secure and sturdy! If it is still a concern, you can put a locking pin through it!

    Where can I find the light that’s sick

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  Год назад +1

      Yeah it is! You can find it right here!
      Be sure to read the fitment notes, as it does not fit every vehicle:

    Have one for the 1.25” hitch?

      Unfortunately, not at this time, however we'll pass that along to our engineering team for future consideration!

    How do you get the connector back out

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  10 месяцев назад +2

      The connector comes from the back of the hitch, so you can simply push the connector back through the hitch to reinstall the light!

    Does this work with a 4th gen 4runner?

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  8 месяцев назад

      If you have a 7-pin on your 4th gen, this kit will work no problem! Sadly, if you only have a 4-pin, this kit will not work at this time.

    Does it blink when you break?

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  Год назад +4

      Our C1R does have an optional SafetyStrobe feature that will blink a couple times before it turns to a solid red when you hit the brake!

    But would someone who tows a lot even want the extra hassle of something like that? Seems silly, but that’s just because I do tow a lot. If I didn’t I might consider it.

    • @diodedynamics
      @diodedynamics  Год назад

      We understand that concern! However, this light can be uninstalled in seconds, even if you have a locking hitch through it! It comes down to preference. Additionally, our HitchMounts do come standard with a cap to protect the DT Connector while it's not in use! Thanks for checking them out!

      Sales don't lie. This is probably their best selling item.

      @@UnknownUser_0000 sales can and do lie, just ask NASCAR and Dodge how many ‘69 Daytonas were made and you’ll get different numbers.

      @breadmenv Not sure I understand the comparison but this isn't debatable for this product.
