I’m so glad you mentioned spending time with God helps you with not being irritated because it’s so true. Most of my life I’ve been easily irritated & my family would always call me sensitive. I would pray and ask God why am I this way & how can I fix it. He told me to get into my Word, & when I did I started to feel a deep sense of peace. I know it works cause when I stop I start back getting easily irritated. 😂
