Part number for expansion vessel extension 235885. Part number for combustion chamber gasket 5114755. CO2 Max rate 8.7% -/+0.2. CO2 Min rate 8.4% -/+0.2.
I find it easier to remove the burner that way. Sure that you can remove the burner by removing other parts and gaskets. Yet I didn't have an entire service kit with loads of gaskets. Cheers
Well, being a commercial engineer I don't see many small ones like this. One a month maybe. Plus hve more time given to do that sort of stuff. On a worcester no chance. Wouldn't even want to look at it. Yet on these easy ones I think it's worth it. Wouldn't recommend cleaning them to everyone. Yet I find it worth it and a doddle.
I'll guess France as the heat exchanger is Giannoni. Check out Tomkat gas who has a video going through all the boiler manufacturers. Maybe he mentions something about it. Then again Baxi who make potterton boilers are based in the UK. I'm sure someone will tell me.

Nice one Chris
Nice long vid, thanks
😊
Why did you take out the gas pipe below the air box ? was it really necessary to release the pipe to remove the burner/ fan module?
Good video

Nice work do you always clean the plate to plate ? Not sure you would want to do that on a worcester.

A nice boiler to work on, I like the promax.
Yes yes William. Long time no see. It's a nice unit to work on, indeed.
do you know where the boilers and parts are made ?
