I feel in order to truly understand these answers we need to understand the deities perspective. Krishna is an avatar of Shri Vishnu. Shri Vishnu along with Shiva are the closest aspects to Brahman, the absolute neutral supreme existence. So they are very neutral in their stance on things, as the material world was designed to already handle much of dishing out karma, their work is much more intricate. For example Shri Vishnu is the energy that takes everything head on like it's a challenge. While Shiva energy is one that is more receded and analytical, to see if the action is necessary. So, the answers that Krishna will give you are ones to impower you to go for it. So, if you ask him about time travel, he will say go for it. It's your desire and your experience to be had and what you learn from it is your own. But never be attached to the result.

I adopted her when she was already quite old, and only had her 2.5 years, but the impression she made is unparalleled. Nutritionally veganism is not the best diet. It is not sustainable and most of the people I know who have done it long term are not thriving. Ethically it doesn’t make sense to me personally. Plants are alive. They feel pain, they communicate, they have memory. This has all been proven scientifically. They most likely have consciousness although it’s very hard for us to define what consciousness is but I believe all life is valuable and there is just a circle of life. I don’t understand why it’s not okay to kill animals but murdering plants and eating them often while they are still living is okay. In my personal opinion and experience it is best to do whatever makes you feel best and to be connected to your food and know where it comes from and how it’s made and processed.

But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking.
These thoughts are narratives or labels for how we feel.
They are not the actual energies themselves.
For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomachache,"
that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body...
In order to actually feel or experience the stomachache directly,
you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area
and feel it without thoughts on it...
The same is true for all emotions and sensations.
Once you acknowledge that you feel something
or have been triggered/activated by someone or some event,
bring attention very gently to the body
where you feel the actual emotion or sensation...
With your attention there, feel into the sensation or emotion,
and see if you can notice the peripheral space around it at the same time.
Let the emotion or sensation just hang there in that open space,
without trying to change, neutralize, or get rid of it...
It is common to want to change, neutralize, or get rid of bodily energies.
Just notice any tendency to want to do these things.
This is resistance at work,
and trying to stop that resistance from happening
is simply adding more resistance.
Bear in mind that we give power to words, pictures, and bodily energies
by turning awareness away from them.
And we diminish their power by turning toward them
and remaining aware of them
until they fade naturally.
That one simple understanding,
if turned into a daily practice,
