I LOVE your overlap of SHE and 12WY cards - putting the amount of time on the card and shuffling and the reassessing of tasks. I'm in Week 3 of a 12WY and I find your approach extremely helpful and practical!
@@timeandtideplans I think I understand some of it. It's kinda like the 43 Folder system or a tickler system. 31 days, 4 weeks,? and 12 months. I get that part. It's everything else I am not quite understanding.
@@timeandtideplans Can this work without using an online calendar? Also, I have to have everything with me in my purse, so it's available anytime I need it. Will this work with this system for transporting. I try not to use several planning systems because it can get confusing. With all this said, do you think it can still work for me? I know I could create a ring-bound planner and just add the tabs and sections, but that would be pretty thick, but I guess no thicker that the index cards. I'm just trying to think of ideas lol.
Yes! Very similar. The 12 week portion that I discuss is really just how I am using it - I have a goal that is due by the 12 week mark and all actions to achieve it are broken down by weeks with the action cards being placed in front of the days in which I am supposed to do them. You're right, the dividers include 12 months and 31 days - then to match up with my 12 week year program, I have a card for each week. Not necessary, but it helps me break down the bigger goal into weekly batches.

Thank you so much for sharing!! I am so grateful you have found it helpful ☺
What’s a passion planner?
Is there a detailed simplified way of understanding this system?
Thank you for the feedback - I'll make a start to finish tutorial on how to set this up and use it.
