Wakey Bakey yeah I’ve rewatched the gangster one loads of times, I loved the guests he had on with stories like these. I can appreciate the fight ones like ksi for views but these ones are proper interesting
There are hundreds of these sort of interviews on RUclips now, most of them I have seen but wow, how humbling and emotional is this one! An unbelievable but true story of a life you could never imagine and told so innocently and calmly like it was the norm. This guy has literally been to hell and back and what a genuine and humble guy he has stayed. I am a 54 year old bloke so have seen and heard a lot of things in this sorry life but if given the opportunity to meet one person of choice it would be Billy, just to shake his hand, buy him a pint and say well done for becoming the bloke he is. All the very best to him. 👍
This is why true Geordie and Lawrence are in my opinion some of the best podcasters. They both sit back enough and are emotionally intelligent enough to get the guest to open up and get really good answers from them, while also being seemingly relatable in some way to everyone they interview. They also give good contributions themselves. Tip top content!

He is a very open guest and I think that the chemistry between you three over this short time has really helped him open up to some difficult issues within his own life. Wow , That has to be the most compelling, frightening, remarkable human story I have ever heard and what an articulate, intelligent and real person Billy is thanks mate
This was absolutely fantastic, I've been to Thailand probably 25 times... I was stranded 9 nights because the Yellows (middle class) taken the airport over...it reopened on the King's birthday.. 5th December. I returned 4 months later then the Reds (farmers/the poor) were burning Zen shopping centre down... 22 Red protesters were killed that very day. The Reds never took the airport over. When you've been to Thailand many times I think you understand this podcast more.
same time i was out there..
