You're welcome, enjoyed your video 🙂
Nice video bro, How many sets would you do for each drill?
Thank you I appreciate it, also I recommend doing 4 sets for each drill. That should help with endurance and also technique over time.
This will work perfectly for my 5,6 & 7 years olds. Great job job brother keep them coming!
I’m glad you found it helpful brotha
aye omar
CaptainVapor my guy💯
What's up dude I'm a sophomore who's 5"4 and weigh 145 and am fast, but I'm not sure if I fit in any positions due to my size, I really love the game so I was thinking if you knew a good position for me
On offensive I would recommend running back or wide receiver position. For defense you would be a good fit for cornerback or safety position. Hope this could help and I wish you the best of luck!
hey man, i’m really focused on becoming a running back but people. say i’m too tall and heavy. i’m 6’1” and 164 pounds. i’m fit and fast but people tell me i should be a receiver, i already play cornerback, Wider receiver but i feel like running back is better for me, am i too big for running back?
Thank you for the comment brotha. Being 6’1 and 164 pounds is a great build for a corner back on defensive and offensively WR is great but depending on play style running back could always be a potential position. That said if your offense playbook favors plays that incorporate WR in the run game I would definitely recommend.
@@OmarDoesThings okay thanks
Mine craft music hit different
Yo I need more runningbacks drills for my runningbacks
Gotcha brotha‼️
One day you guys will see me a your TV. One day.
This is kind of off point but what schedule can I follow to start my journey of working out. Cause I’m trying to work on my arms and running back drills. But I don’t know what to do first or what schedule to follow for a week. Any suggestions?
Yo brotha great to hear! I would definitely start with a schedule, like finding a time to stretch daily and also do basic workouts at home like push-ups, sit ups, crunches, dips, etc. I also suggest buying a ladder and just working on footwork drills like I have on my channel. That’s just some basic work you can do to stay active if your in the off season.
@@OmarDoesThings thanks for responding. Do you think I should do both arm workouts and running back workouts in one day or have one day do arm workouts and another day leg workout?
@@simplyhighlightshd2909 You can do both, I personally always lift upper paired with field/speed work and then on leg days I just do dynamic for stretching.
what cleats are you using?
Nike low cut football cleats
@@OmarDoesThings are those the nike vapor edge team?
I’m not sure but they are called something Vapor
@@OmarDoesThings yeh I just saw them at the store
@@andyvalles5834 aye that’s tuff bro they are nice cleats
