There is. It just doesn't fly. It plows through everybody, but normally got broke once it reached the first player.
It's a bowser shell in that game, not a blue shell. It has spikes and doesn't ever fly and leaves a shiny colourful trail behind it while making a siren sound.

My lord that tenor player. Wow some serious vocab and chops in there. And the drummer's got great time feel, especially through the drum solo. And all the original lines written in addition to the existing material sound great.
Crazy I met this guy through my music program. He came my hometown of Sitka and taught me along with many other percussionists some tips and tricks on how to get better and even played in our pep band with us! Kyle’s an amazing musician, and I also remember when he was still in Sitka, me and a group of friends were playing Smash brothers with him, and he would beat us every time, haha! If you’re reading this Kyle, from Sitka High percussion and myself, thank you so much for everything.
