They are both awesome products....problems over the long haul are very low. Customer feedback is very high. Twin Eagles I would say #2 behind the Hestan because of the Laser Cut Grates, Steady Balanced Hood Feature, & the mounting of the interior lights.

These burners look more robust than the Hestan but you don't have the reversible ceramic briquettes. I'd like to see a comparison to this and the Hestan. Two of the best looking in my opinion.

The store I visited only has a 32” delta heat, no artisan. I wish I could see the two because I’m on the same boat lol. Is there a reason you went delta heat? Something that was significantly better? I think the artisan does not have a spring assist which I’d like.

@@Woboito13 - I went back and forth between the two and compared them side by side In the showroom. Also, I watched probably one too many RUclips videos on each and for me it boiled down to this:
      - The ratings on the Delta Heat were better, albeit the Artisan has been out longer and there were more reviews on the Artisan.
      - The warranty on the Delta Heat is lifetime compared to 10 Years on the Artisan.
      - Little things like the knobs on the Delta Heat were sturdier and better built than the Artisan.
      - The ceramic trays were better in the Delta Heat than the Artisan (This was a big complaint I read on the Artisan)
      - The Lights on the Delta Heat were definitely brighter than on the Artisan.
      - The Twin Eagles Brand (Owns Delta Heat) is better than Alfresco (Owns Artisan) in my opinion.
      - The Stainless Steel on the Delta seemed to me like it was a grade better than the Artisan.
      - Ease of use and adjustment on the warming tray inside the grill was better engineered in my opinion.
      - The salesman did say the Artisan has a great heating ventilation, but the heat ventilation on the front of the Delta was good and had the wind-blocking ventilation system in the rear. Which was a nice attribute for me with where the location of my grill is being installed.
All of that being said, there is a price difference between the two. The price difference between the two was somewhere in the neighborhood of $600-$700 more for the Delta. But for the reasons above, that was worth it for me. The salesman was adamant in his belief that the Delta was the nicest grill you can get for the money before you step up into the next tier of very expensive grills. I receive the grill next week and will post the install on my Instagram if you want to see how it looks... IG: thesmokedeck

Hi Trevor. What would be the safest high quality grill in terms of preventing flareups, grease fires, etc.? Is there a brand or model you would recommend if that was your main concern (but you wanted something quality)? Thanks

@@embersliving Same here in Finland. I quess that Weber is here most common "premium" gas grill -Napoleon allso, but Weber has better aftermarketing parts, equipment and all kinds of staff.
I have two Beefeaters but they are a quite sensitive when it is windy.
Thanks for the video and pro comments.

A place to put the rotisserie rod! Plus the motor is hidden. That is my one complaint with my napoleon P500 is storing the motor and the rod. I have been using it to cook picanha and having to dig the stuff out vs just slide s shelf is a huge bonus.
