80lb dums is not super heavy on the flat. 80 on the incline is pretty good, and 80 on mil press would be very good. this was 8 yrs ago, I should have made some vids of my prime work outs doing flats with 105s, incline with 95 and mil press with 85, but oh well. Good job!
