Anything can be used as an illness these days to bunk a few days off work or used as an excuse to claim benefits even if you can still work. I remember one woman asking for light duties because she was on her period. But this is the same woman who went to hospital for a disprin and because she had s splinter in her finger. Just as well she wasn't around in wwii when everyone had to keep calm and carry on.
