I'll share my experience here: the last year the fingerprint stopped working and it was hardware problem as you mentioned, now this year (after nearly a year after fingerprint stopped working) the power button also stopped working. So my question can you explain why the power button stopped working? Also have anyone shared the same experience as mine?? Ps I replaced the power button but hope it doesn't fail again.

Is on the housing, so be careful when replacing, but it doesn't fail after replacing. I did it already!
