I dont blame you for not getting rid of it!! Its hard to get a good qaulity couch/sofa.. we have gone through several of them trough the years. I love seeing you put your lockers too use! Definitely much better coverage with the brush! Love the color too!!! Milo is the cutest! Great video Andy, i feel inspired to try and paint faux leather now!!!
This turned out great would love to hear an end of the year recap to see how well the paint held up. They should make you an endorser of the product as I am seriously considering trying it on a piece I have because of this video!
Wow, i would be scared crazy to try that, but what a big difference that made. Did you use more than one bottle of paint? Luv the tear trick with super glue! You will have to keep us posted on how it wears with its new paint job. I will be joining your challenge, working on it right now, my clue for you is, "seas the day", lol. Dar
I love what you did! My couch offers good support, but aesthically it is losing appeal. Can you tell me about how much it cost to restore your couch into the new color? And what was the anti-sticky stuff you put on at the end?
Hi Tracey. I spent about 30 dollars in paint. I had a jar of Odie's oil so I used it. However. I don't recommend it. Waxes or oils seem to be good for wood or surfaces without much "touching" so I have some spots where the paint has started coming off. I'll try using water based poly and I'll keep you informed.

Hi,
Amazing! I had no idea that you can paint leather/vinyl. I would be very interested to know how it holds up over time.
Thanks
