    I fished the canyon today, fished very well. Hooked close to a dozen fish and landed 7 fish and lost one MONSTER about a mile below your shop :)

    The emerger version is extremely versatile, can be run on a floating lines, full sink, or anything inbetween. Including Tenkara and micro swing styles.
    I really like to swing blue wing olive emergers on a tight line, with some light pulls/jerks of the line. Absolutely incredible small takes from big fish.

      Good tip, yes, it would fish well as a swinging fly too during a hatch.

    Just noticed on Red’s website, the Antonio’s BWO pattern in odd sizes. Since when is that a thing? Who came up with these hook sizes and why?

      It’s weird. They do the adult in standards, and the emerger in odd. Or vice versa. Helps keep them easier to track in the shop but not sure why.
