- Bought by Jan Milon for the 2021 European HillClimb Championship, the Slovak driver would eventually pass it over to czech racer/builder Karel Trneny due to Health issues, but we still got to watch this R5 machine turned Hillclimb Monster in quite a few races driven in anger.
Fitted with the running gear of the older Fabia WRC cars De-resctricted form, it has now a 2.0L Turbo engine with around 680Hp, with all this power moving only 910Kg. Sporting an extensive Aerodynamic Kit capable of producing some proper Downforce, and widened bodywork, it is quite a unique machine, putting together the best of all Skoda rally machines and converting everything into a quite scary Hillclimb machine always fighting for Top Spots among the Touring Cars present in each event it enters.

747bhp/tonne, that's about the same as the Peugeot 908HDI FAP Le Mans race car or Bugatti Chiron Sport. Absolutely incredible.

I think this car is one of the best on this channel. After all it's still skoda and this makes all the work done behind it more impressive
It's basically VW or Audi. Same company also behind Bugatti, Lamborghini and Porsche.

Just one small mistake. Ján Miloň is Slovak, Karel Trněný is Czech. Though Miloň lives in Prague if I am correct. But great car. The best starts I have ever seen. Is this the car that Drotár used to drive in previous seasons?

Would be curious to see it without anti-lag (so without pops/bangs) but with a supercharger , so it would be a twincharged setup. Like a Lancia S4.
s4 was turbo and supercharger to avoid lag. which is now avoided by ALS so nothing to do.
@@netopierdotcom I know , but ALS is not healthy for engines.
@@giuseppec8158 engine is Ok with that, turbo is not. it is revised and rebuilt anyway so no problem with that.

Definately, but I'd take a few extra gallons of fuel over melted pistons or detonation in a £10,000+ engine... And at 680bhp wasted power isn't really an issue🤣
How about all those carbon deposits? Safe A/F is one thing but this seems excessive.
