    The lessons in tilting and ego where definitely a big one for me. I'm hardstuck bronze, been casually playing on and off for a couple months at a time for about 2 years now. I kept thinking, if only I was higher in rank then my teammates would be good and I could climb, which is ridiculous. Knowing that inting and trolling happens in all elos and that even pros go on big loss streaks in solo queue has really helped with my mental. Knowing now that even on a loss, if I play well it's still a win is really going to help me.
    I want to one day play competitive in 5v5 because having the ability to coordinate plays with your teammates with voice comms and have it work is such a fun feeling. And even if it goes bad no one (theoretically) flames you because you're all on the same team with the same goal, to improve and win.
    Thank you.

    The emotional section reminds me of Stoicism. Not what pop culture says it is where you "don't feel emotions." It's really about accepting emotions, letting them be what they are, and acting with grace regardless. Feel the emotions, but be aware of how they try to take control of your actions, and try to separate the two.

      Jungle is easier to climb because you have more playmaking opportunities and dictate what objectives to go for and when. ADC is probably the toughest to climb with because unless you main Draven, Kaisa, Jhin or Vayne - you’re basically useless until you get your first item spike and even then you’re not really a difference maker. Not to mention if you have a bad support or jungle - it’s gonna be exponentially harder. If both are bad - gg

    I'm currently a coach in Diamond EUNE, I've been hardstuck here for a split because of toxicity. People literally inted each other from champ select around 50 games out of 300 this split. I decided to learn Sylas JG in SoloQ , in other words the hardway, lost some games there. I lost some times to tilting sessions (that's one of my weaknesses I need to work on). Moving onto EUW were things seem better mentality wise, hoping to see my actual rank come to life and not only know that my game knowledge is better. I love the way you look at the game. 12 minutes in and every single thing you have said I have said to my students. It's incredible, really. Thank you very much for your video and the time you spend on it. I play in Emerald/Platinum and I often find myself with my bot lane losing 9 games out of 10 as well as my mid. I would like to learn how to play while "losing" because ultimately as a Jungler the game is a bit more complex if our lanes are losing. I play Diana, so in the early game it's often difficult to contest objectives, so I mainly play on the cross side and punish opponents when I can. I'm fed in every game nonetheless, but since I'm the only one fed, any mistake from my side costs us the game. I think I manage the early game by losing all my lanes, but it's mostly in the mid game that it's more difficult for me. I have some basic questions, but if our team loses its teamfights, should we abandon all objectives and play on the map instead (even if it means leaving a soul or a Nashor? or play it out no matter what?) I played against Yama and Swordblue from NA, and the games were easier than Platinum Emerald games, but because their moves were predictable. I know that each Elo has its own characteristics, its own meta...

      Anything you find interesting or valuable. League is super subjective, so there is no right answer here. Invading, ganking, assessing waves, playing for objectives, teamfighting, skirmishing

    Hey, my best skills are skirmishing siegeing and securing objectives I'm learning jungle since I feel it's the best suited for my skills could you recommend champions for me to onetrick that play off those skills so i can get better at those particular skills. Really appreciate it bro.

    I was a one trick kindred in silver with gold mmr and 75% wr last season but suddenly felt that I was becoming a meta slave and when they nerfed kraken I thought that playing something like nocturne is good but now that even lethal tempo is gone I felt lost but thanks to the advice of just focusing on one tricking I think I shouldn't care about the meta that much as long as I build up my fundamentals. Big up bro!

    The thing about dodging now is that they have anonymous champ select so you have no way to know if you have bad teammates. Along with stupid Vanguard makes it impossible to scout anymore with 3rd party.

    Turning off enemy team chat and silencing aggressive pingers saved my sanity in this game and increased my win rate when I was support. When I started learning jungle I turned chat back on and realized the worst I would hear from the other team is "jungle diff" but my own team would be flaming me harder than an inting adc teammate ever did.

    League, as complicated as it is, everyone sucks, so the game is really simple.
    OFGSaiph made a yt video called something like "Everything you need to get good at League of Legends", and it is a stream VOD, he didn't even finish it and he made it on a whim many years ago, yet almost everything he said still applies, and will basically bring you to challenger if you actually follow it, since the game actually is simple when properly broken down. Although I love your min-max-like approach, loved doing that back in WoW.

    There is a difference between understanding something and actually being able to replicate it under pressure. I understand all of LoL. It's not rocket science. There are fixed principles and a lot of variables. Most of it is easy to understand. But implementing all of it in your gameplay and doing the right thing at the right moment is extremely difficult.

    This video really helped my jungling to such an immeasurable degree, especially the part about tempo. The first game I played (after some practice in the practice tool) and I just carried my team with an off meta pick (singed jungle) against a yi. Started out getting invaded, and all three lanes lost the early game. I carried the team on my back with a 4-0 dragon soul, Baron, and a penta kill that lead to ancient dragon and their surrender. A+ video 10/10 no changes would subscribe again

    What do you mean by "dodging"? You don't mean dodge in the champ select right? When you dodge? Already after the game loaded?

    • @antimatterj6005
      @antimatterj6005 Месяц назад +1

      Dodging always means in champ select. You do it before the “prepare your loadout” 30s timer reaches 5s so that the game never loads

    • @adrianx8243
      @adrianx8243 Месяц назад

      @@antimatterj6005 yeah but he is saying to dodge to lose LP but when you dodge like you are saying you never lose LP/MMR you just get a dodge timer 5m, 30m and longer etc which makes dodging not viable really and seems not being the same type of dodging he is mentioning?

    • @antimatterj6005
      @antimatterj6005 Месяц назад +1

      @@adrianx8243 ah I see the confusion. If you dodge in champ select you actually DO lose LP (but not MMR) in addition to the timer. Trust me, I’ve dodged in champ select and observed the -5lp. The only thing he got wrong is the second dodge is -15lp, not 10.

      No not at all. Your camps are steady streams of income. Try to make sure to be at objective 10-20seconds beforehand unless it’s elder, baron, or soul. However only do this if you have prio (wave pushed in) on at least one side of the objective. (For drake it would be bot or mid). If you or your teammates are unable to get prio then you should trade that objective for other things on the opposite side of the map such as towers, invades, dives …
