    My mother did this to me. Kidnapped my brother and I with the help of my aunt and had us live in awful conditions. I hate how the law is reluctant to go after the mothers. My dad had custody because my mom was abusive and bipolar. I didn't see my dad for 7 months. Living with her was hell and no one would do a thing to help my brother and I.
    It's a messed up system.

    this is the exact same thing that happened to me and my little brother. My dad spent years looking for us, never gave up, got off work and drove endlessly. then he found us beside a restaurant sifting through the trash cans, with no shoes and almost no clothes, a state away. no one would help my father, not even social services or the police department.

      +Delena Paw my biological mother, they were divorced, but dad only gave her visitation rights on weekends because of her extended drug use and he didnt want his kids to not see their mother . so she took me and my little brother and fled with a guy she was doing drugs with to another state and when dad came the next day to pick us up the house was empty and no idea where we would be. no agency would help. my mother then went to saying that our father didn't want us anymore and didn't love us.

I didnt know what to say or what to do; I didnt hug him and I didnt kiss him, all i said was "hi dad" and i stayed in my room watching youtube videos. now its been almost 1 year since i got back with my dad. I'm a lot more open when talking to him and I'm happier with my life like this. :)

    I cried so hard. I'm so happy they're with their father again. he was so upset and the fact that he had to go through this for 9 months. he suffered so much. that person who said the kids didn't even look happy to see him. imagine one of those two boys being you. you're coped up in unhealthy living conditions for 9 months. hiding for 9 months. yeah you'd be happy being away from her and seeing your father but you've also been scarred for your life.. you can't just get over that so quickly by seeing someone who makes you safe. and the video said they slowly started warming up to him. God you people are so stupid.

    This is a man and father just like me and I am fighting for my son and he was kidnapped my son back in 2013 and I've been to family court 3 times soon to be a 4th later this year and so far she hasn't been punishment for court order breaches yet she gets away with it and I've not seen him just me and him since September 2016 the family law is so sexist against men and good fathers and women get away with murder and I've always done everything the uk family court has demanded yet I'm stuck in this vicious looping cycle because of my ex and her mum and how sexist the family law is I have the upmost respect for that man

    Shame on those law enforcements agencies for not taking this Father seriously! What’s the point of custody & visitation orders if there is no consequence to just taking kids & doing what you want. This makes me so angry!
    I’m so thankful these boys were returned safely!
    Prayers for all those who aren’t that lucky.

    Telling a non abusive e parent they have to make an appointment to see their children, devastating, for fathers and mothers.

  • @KrystalNCMA
    @KrystalNCMA 8 лет назад +13

    So, I understand a mother desperately wanting to be with her child, but doing it to a point of making reckless choices that are not thought through will not bring you closer to your children. I really wish these women would realize that chances are if you don't have custody, you aren't doing something right to begin with. Find ways to fix your situation and don't forfeit the little rights you have. Don't they realize that they could lose the right to see them at all by doing something like this? Do they not think about what it does to the children to be completely ripped away from their other parent too? It is so selfish. It isn't just about you being with your children, you must think about their best interest before your own. I'm sure this man is ecstatic to have his children back. I would've been devastated had my mother tried to rip me away from my father, I love my daddy with all of my heart. He has been there for me through so much.

      My Dad had to leave my brothers and me when we were really young for almost 10 years. When I first saw him, it was awkward and strange. I knew he was my father and he would not hurt me but I knew nothing about him. So I understand the kids a bit. Their own mother kidnapped them and they can't hate her or cut tides with her. They live without their father a months so they are probably confuse. Plus they are being recorded and watched.

      Zane and Matteo James spend their summer days mastering a myriad of their favorite video games. Zane,10, likes to read and wants to be a writer. Matteo, 13, received a special math award in school this year and says he wants to be a biochemist. Both of the boys were on the ‘A Honor Roll’ and earlier this year served as the best men at their dad’s wedding to his new wife, Bridget.

    My ex wife took my daughter and I haven't seen my daughter for over 5 years, she and her gay brother tried to set me up to get arrested. I have to spent 16 months to file court paper work to see my daughter.

    Wish they said why mom lost custody..
    It's fuxked up when the mom has to live apart from the humans she carried inside her body..
    OF COURSE, IF A MOM IS ABUSIVE SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE THE KIDS.. BUT JUST BECAUSE DAD MAKES MORE MONEY.. THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE SHOULD HAVE PHYSICAL CUSTODY OF THE KIDS..

    I'm sitting here, tears falling, and then I start laughing because of the UPS car at 4.44. What if the boys were delivered in that? haha

    I spoke to a police officer directly after my exwife denied me my son. ....its a civil matter. You have to go to family court. Jeff got his sons back because law enforcement fought for him. Family court cant do anything. Law enforcement has to.

    Why is everyone judging the Mother so harshly ? Maybe she had reason to run. My father was very abusive and if my Mom had somewhere to run she would have. She dealt with beatings, and cheatings for 18 years to protect us girls because Homeless shelters couldn't do anything to protect us and the court systems would give him legal rights to know where we were. Don't just judge her without knowing the whole story. Obviously, the kids didn't run to him crying with open arms there's always two sides to every story

    376 days... I was seperated from my dad for 10 years and my brother, 11 years

      This isn't a pity party for you, granted you were abducted for 10-11 years but it doesn't mean the fact these boys were "only" gone for 376 days, they were still scared, they were still hurting. The length of the process doesn't represent the amount of fear.

    • @toyotafj2627
      @toyotafj2627 8 лет назад +1

      Okay? Even if they were kidnapped for just a day they can still feel the same amount of fear you felt for 10 years

      Cherish the time you have now, and beware of narcissist people like those in the first two replies. Love does heal. Shun the vile and go with love.

      Russell How are they narcissists? They’re not denying that they went through a bad time, but the person who made the comment is basically saying 376 days is nothing. Abuse is abuse no matter how long it is whether you’re kidnapped for 376 days or kidnapped for 10 years.
