- Gretchen Wilson performs "There's A Place In The Whiskey" live at the Farm Aid concert in St. Louis, Missouri on October 4, 2009. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

Gretchen you should stop with those substandard written both lyrics and musical country song's, I never thought you could sing all these years, untill I heard you sing rock( heart) and wow you can sing, the country music just works against you because you don't have the opportunity to show your vocal abilities. You basically sing in one low octave and pretty much stay there. I hope you get my point, country music has been in the toilet sience 1981, there is no talent of any kind, the music is substandard as well as the lyrics and vocals.
