The conclusions of the last 2 rows have to be swapped.
3rd row: When Put price rises and put OI falls, short positions are squared off (short covering), which is a weakly bearish outlook.
4th row: When Put price, as well as, OI falls, it means long positions are squared off (long unwinding) which is weakly bullish sentiment.
