    Soybean paste (Doenjang)
    Red pepper paste.
    Pork belly meat.
    Onions, minced garlic.
    Shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, chives.
    Starch syrup, sugar, oyster sauce, pepper.
    Starch water.
    [How to make it]
    1. Cut onions, button mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms into appropriate sizes. Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces.
    2. Put oil on the pan and stir-fry pork belly, minced garlic, and pepper.
    3. When the meat is cooked, add onions and mushrooms and cook it.
    4. Add soybean paste, red pepper paste, oyster sauce, and water to boil.
    5. Add sugar and starch syrup and starch water while checking the concentration.
    6. Put it in a bowl and add fried eggs, sesame oil, and chives to complete!
