Pretty sure that 0.01% is referring to the player. Noxus himself wouldn't count as he apparently sees everything as beneath him so he isn't a lesser being, thus the player would likely be the 0.01% since you have to beat Noxus in order to even get the weapon.
Try the ultimate infinite star. The weapon has a screen clear attack that can even kill Xeroc and not just pass the test, you actually defeat him, he dies, he drops the loot, and you stay in the same area and are able to resummon him. I am very curious if echdeath can resist the attack when the 1HP phase on getfixedboi Xeroc couldn’t do a thing to stop annihilation. This would also be a way to kill Xeroc with a weapon like this because the noxus spray triggers “DO NOT” normally and spawns bosses on getfixedboi. This mod is also not that well known so please try it out.
As a person who’s never played Calamity addons, how can practically one of another god’s weapons vaporize other gods, along with the DOG and Scal? They’re nearly as powerful, lore wise, I assume
This weapon actually really balanced, though its the grand endgame weapon which u can get from really damn strong boss it also don't give the loot, just deleting the entity, not killing. So, the true most powerfull weapon is the Heavenfull Longbow from calamity overhaul which special attack can KILL everybody with the drop of the loot, and even if the boss cant be damaged by normal weapon, like SCal in the bullet hell phase, the boss DIES. So it the death, and nothing can counter it. And this ability have quite fast recharge and the weapon's DPS is really large, but its an ultra endgame weapon, which needs TONS of endgame resources like shadowspec and many other rare things, so its pretty balanced for a true endgame weapon. P.S. Nameless Deity and Noxus are getting insta killed as well, so u can farm the powerfullest boss for infinite health(Nameless deity drops u good apples which can be used infinitely and can make ur hp really big).
unfortunately nothing due to its effects likely only dealing with NPC AI code, unless of course if it is specifically made to do something to players (which 99.9% of weapons generally aren't made to do anything special in pvp since Terraria pvp is pretty niche, especially past pre-hm)

Lore wise, Noxus is the second most powerful being in existence, second only to Xeroc, followed immediately by Yharim himself.
I prefer when the weapons actually kill the boss, however just deleting them is a shortcut ig lmao
