I really don't andersteand how it's possible that very stupid videos have milions of views and this one less than 10000. This is amazing.Genius. Inspiring. Extremely skillfull. It's just...WOW. It never gets boring, not even after 3 years of constant listening..

      God created few
      geniuses, and not
so many people who even have the ability to appreciate
them and their work. Doesn't reflect so well
on the human race, does it?

it takes more luck and education than one gives credit to, in order to gain enough patience and intelligence to find this superior to such videos.

I have heard her play several transcriptions, all of them masterfully done. she is nothing short of miraculous. little autobiographical info about her-I read in a post that she has become a nun. but, wow!!! technique, skill, musicianship-all of them here. just phenomenal.

She quit the harp to become a nun. I heard that when she misses a note during a performance, her mother would make her practice right after that.

Терзают меня смутные подозрения - а не писал ли Бах эту пару (токкату и фугу) изначально для арфы? 😉 Уж очень хорошо она вписывается в звучание и динамику арфы!
Исполнение - выше всяческих похвал! 🌹

    • @user-tm1uf6dc3u
      @user-tm1uf6dc3u 11 месяцев назад +1

It was just a group of mainly American matrons at the Geneval Harp Congress in2002. The President was constantly up and down saying hello to her friends during the performance. I was there and hated them. They only look out for their own and were not very happy to see a "Russian" play so well

      Who do mean
      by "Americans?"
      America includes
      all countries from
      Canada down thru
      the USA, then the
      Central American
      countries, then all
      of the South American lands
      from Venezuela
      through Chile.

How can a harp sound like a pipe organ? Well it can't really, but this is so close that in some ways I prefer it! Now I know how the classic image of an angel floating on a cloud sounds like.

    Ringraziare desidero
    Remercier je désire
    To say Thank I desire
at this time of the evening
from this point in the world
    To say thank I desire
the divine labyrinth causes and effects for the diversity of creatures that populate this singular universe
To say thank I desire for love,
which makes us see others as the Divinity sees them
for bread and salt for the mystery of the rose which gives color and don't see her for the art of friendship for the last day of Socrates for the tongue, which can simulate wisdom
    To say thank I desire
for the courage and the happiness of others for the fatherland felt in the jasmine and for the splendor of fire that no human can gaze upon without ancient amazement and for the sea which is nearest and the sweetest of all the gods
    To say thank I desire
because the fireflies are back and for us when we are fiery and light when we are joyful and grateful
    for the beauty of words
    abstract nature of god
for reading, writing, that make us explore ourselves and the world
for the peace of the house
for kids who are our household Littles gods
for the soul, because if she gets off her step the earth is dying
    for having a sister
    To say thank I desire
for all those who are small, clear and free
for the ancient art of the theater, when he still gathers the living and feed them for the intelligence of love
    for wine and its color
for idleness with its expectation of nothing
for the ancient beauty and so new
    To say thank I desire
for the faces of the world which are varied and some are adorable
for when at night we sleep kissed
for when we are attentive and in love
for attention which is the spontaneous prayer of the soul
    for our immense masters
for those who over the centuries reasoned in us for all libraries in the world for this fact of feeling good among the others who read for the sake of friendship when you say stupid things and dear
for all the kisses of love
for the love that makes you fearless for contentment, enthusiasm, Drunkenness (emotional sense)
for our dead that make death an inhabited place.
    To say Thank I desire
because music exists on this earth
for right hand and left hand and their intimate harmony
for those who are indifferent to notoriety
for dogs, for cats, brotherly beings charged with mystery
for the flowers and the secret victory that they celebrate
for silence and his many gifts
for silence which is perhaps the greatest lesson
    for the sun, our ancestor.
    To sayThank I desire
for Borges for Whitman and Francis of Assisi for Hopkins, for Herbert
because they already wrote this poem,
for the fact that this poem is inexhaustible and changes according to men and it will never reach the last verse.
    To say Thanks I desire
    for the minutes preceding sleep,
for the intimate gifts that I do not enumerate
for sleep and death these two occult treasures.
And finally to say thank I desire
for the great power of ancient love
for the love that moves the sun and the other stars. And moves everything in us.
