They give me so much faith in our planets youth!
That Indian girl is very intelligent
Mac & Cheese is much older than the 2000's My grandmother prepared it for her family in California since before the Great Depression. It became popular in the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's 1990's and to the present. It was made from scratch but since the late 1960's it appeared in a box package by Kraft, Velveeta, etc. It is much older than that since the late 1700's also originally was made in England, Italy and Western Europe with different variations and ingredients. it is the most famous American comfort food!!!!
Thank you. Was looking for this comment. Even if they are saying it was most popular in the 90’s…that is incorrect. It’s been popular for ages.
Now, if they meant what was the most popular American food of the 90’s then fine..but that isn’t how they’ve sold this entire show up to this point.
Yukta learnt food without bias or variance.
Thanks for having me! It was so fun 😂
There are hundreds of variations of Mac and cheese and we ate them all that way from the 1970's on. The best never came out of a little card board box but were made from"scratch" or the basic ingredients. things that can be put into Mac and cheese: tuna, sausage, pulled pork, hot dogs, green peas and many others. A good way to feed a large number of people relatively cheap.
Btw SPAM is only good fried.
Love from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Yukta is just amazing ❤
we want more yukta content 🖐️✨
Loved the video. Do more.
My kid was born in '88. Through the '90s her favorite school lunch was a thermos full of mac 's cheese with a hot dog stuck down inside.
That sounds violently American, imma have to try that
@@janslavik5284 She loved mac 'n cheese and hot dogs covered with melted cheese (no bread like a norml 'hot dog on a bun').
What country are you in?
India girl is so beautiful❤😍😉
Caesar salad & avocado toast are always fire for me ❤😅
Indians are so smart 🤓
Mc and cheese was founded in 1769 most commonly consumed by thomas jefferson but also its a common staple in soul food
Hey Yukta, "Love from India"
Fun fact Mac and Cheese predates most cuisine but it was introduced in America during the 1800’s
My idol, this Indian girl ! Beautiful ! Here we Love a lot ur skin !!! Ur Energy, like the Sun ! 😍😍😍 you bring joy and color to their world, so white, so sad and so tarnished! And i love ur dress 🤩 love u from France 💙🤍❤️

Yes! Been wondering if Seongji spent time in Canada. Her English sounds Canadian.
Introduce them with Northeast Indian girl... They will be more surprise 🫢 😅😅 please do that.. in next video
I like the vid but y'all could use some more research. Bacon bits are not traditionally on Caesar salads. Avocado bagel was never even a thing, it was always avocado toast that was trendy. Mac and Cheese was brought to the US by Thomas Jefferson in the 1700s and has basically been popular ever since. Never seen spam served with green peas as a meal before. I definitely question where you got the data that these are the most popular foods from these eras.
It wasnt Thomas Jefferson. It was Jefferson’s ENSLAVED chef named JAMES HEMINGS
Mac and cheese was brought over to America by immigrants, not by Jefferson or his chef. It was here before either of them was born.
Yeah but Jefferson brought the slave, and nobody would have cared about some random slaves cooking if he hadnt worked for the President...so...
I have heard about soldiers eating mac and cheese cans during world war 2.. It's definitely not a 2000s thing.. It's way way older.. probably older than spam and peas.. 😅😅
Mac and Cheese has been popular in the US long before the 2000s, so this is wrong.
Watching a lot of these types of videos, I'm struck by how dry and separated we like our food in the US. Not a lot of soupy, saucy, layered stuff. More like a piece of meat, a piece of bread, and a scoop of veggies side-by-side on a plate. Even our fancy cuisine is served up like a school lunch. 😅
There are many Americans who don't like Caesar Salad. I am one.
I thought the left second girl was Ariana Grande.
Mac and cheese has been around longer than 2000s.
I like Nikki she represents China so well must Chinese seem so unfriendly but she isn't like that at all maybe we are wrong about them.
lol
I do not like Caesar Salads.
I never order them. I prefer a regular Garden Salad or Cobb Salad much more.
And I hope you served that lava cake hellishly hot. It is called lava cake for a reason lol. If it ain't hot, it is just a pretty regular cake.
🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳❤️
There are millions of Americans that never eat creamy salad dressings...
"models trying classic American food" 😝
There's no Instagram account?
America had a history longer than 100 years.
but not too long, also considering the fact that other countries has history spanning millennia US is just like the newest kid around the block with shiny stuff.
True. I guess she's just choosing to do the last 100 years, though.
I don't know who the chick on the left is, but AWOOOOOOGA
10:00 Remember spam is a pork product...
beef spam also exists
Table flight ✈️ style postion
WTC!! Mac and cheese has been around in America since at least 1950’s!! I’m not that old, but I know both my mom AND grandmother ate Mac and cheese regularly. No way that is from or most popular in 2000!! I call BS.
Yukta be easy kids ,used 🧠 make u serious
I think Yukta's MBTI might be INTP.
Toung 😛 test food vs stomach happy food . What u choose?
Actually Mac and cheese is older than the 2000s
I donno we ate avocados in 1990s with sandwiches, salads, toasts, and bagels. No way 2010s
Mac and cheese should be way older.
I don't like ceasar salad
I've always preferred my salads with Thousand Island dressing and have a neutral feeling when it comes to Caesar Salad.
🥵🥵🥵🥵
Let them try Chinese food
Millennials rely too much on personal memories instead of deep research. Noodles and cheese is an old recipe, macaroni one of many variations, like Fettuccine Alfredo (1908), the cheddar cheese variation is one of the most popular in the US because of the limited variety of nationally available cheeses during the the first half of the 20th century. In post-war American, after women had been encouraged to work outside the home, they were displaced back to the home by returning husbands. Women were encouraged to simultaneously live more affluently and raise families. This was the era of convenience in all forms, and mac and cheese was one of the most affordable and easiest to prepare dinner entrees- from a mix in 10-15 minutes. Prepackaged mac and cheese was promoted most successfully by Kraft in the 1950s. It fell out of favor when misinformed doctors exaggerated the potential harm of saturated fat and salt in the diet, based on faulty research which triggered the low-fat low-sodium products craze. Twenty years later, grandparents living on reduced budgets who were asked to watch kids, remembered their inexpensive childhood comfort foods, and reintroduced them to their grandchildren. Post-2000 "reconstructing" established inexpensive comfort foods as "healthier if handmade" is a 2000's fad.
Ahhh, Caesar Salad was first made in Mexico, not the United States…
bro what is even american dude like america is a country who doesnt have their own culture
@@godworld6370 macaroni and cheese came to the American Colonies in 1769, and predates the Roman Empire by about 150-years…
@godworld6370: Much of the world is trying to copy American culture (or a version of it). I think you're spending to much time hating, and not enough time observing, or enjoying.
@@mikek0135 nah bro i am not hating dude instead i like america i was just saying like america like native americans and i am talking about like migrants
@@mikek0135 so correcting someone equates to hate…
I actually despise Ceaser salad. I can't stand Romain lettuce or the anchovies in the dressing. My salad of choice is a nice Cobb salad without the onions or blue cheese. As for the Lava cake...you missed the decade. The lava cake is really from the 80's. It became popular in the 90's but was not invented in that decade. Spam was not invented to be a means of providing a cheap meal during the depression. It was invented to be a way to increase sales of a cut of meat that not a big seller. Instead of throwing out a cut of meat that most people did not buy, the industry came up with a way to use that meat. As for your Mac and Cheese information...well, it's because you are so young. That dish actually dates all the way back to the 14th century! If it weren't such a popular dish for the last 600 years it would not have lasted long enough to still be made in the 20th century!
American use hand for making food why can't eat from hand😂😂😂
You ever try a hamburger?
@@mikek0135 German food 🤣 restaurant food with high mix chemical, freezer meat 🍖🥓 not even complete meal
@ujwalawagh6433: The hamburger is from America, and can be a complete meal. You put lettuce, tomato, muchrooms, and cheese on it - yum!
@ujwalawagh6433: It might be called street food where you're from, but not in America. In America it could be fast food, grillin food, a quick and easy meal, comfort food, or just a damn good burger. Have you ever eaten a good hamburger?
@@mikek0135 no don't eat beef 🍖, burger 🍔 dry food good tast bud , not in stomach after hr
