इसका बहुत ही अच्छा उपाय है। दरअसल परिक्रमा के दौरान जब भी पीरियड आए तब वहीं रुक जाना है। संकल्प दिलाते समय भी हमारे पंडित जी ने इस बात पर बहुत जोर दिया था। आप जिसके साथ हैं वो आपकी मदद करेंगे। शांति से मइया का नाम लीजियेगा और 4 दिन के बाद परिक्रमा में आगे बढ़िये। आपको लोगों का बहुत मदद मिलेगा।

आप जितना कम चलेंगे मतलब 15 से 20 किलोमीटर बस. आप तगड़ा आध्यात्मिक परिवर्तन स्वयं में महसूस करने लगेंगे. अधिक भागदौड़ के बजाय कम चलें.प्रभु के चिंतन मनन ध्यान पर अधिक समय दें. वैसे भी आप दोनों के विचार काफी सकारात्मक हैं. अधिक भागदौड़ करने वालों को परिक्रमा का स्वरूप बिगाड़ने का दोष लगता है. मैया आप पर कृपा बनाएँ रखें. हो सके तो अधिक वीडियो अपलोड करें. नर्मदे हर जय भोलेनाथ
