I find it a nice touch that in the remake, Toc Man's presence is felt a lot more here than it was in the original game.
In the original game, he was only in the intro and doesn't appear again until the end of the game while here he actually intercepts you at the start of each boss fight as way to build up to the final battle with the rivalry between you and him as well as give the bosses more presentation instead of just being randomly fought

I never owned Pac-Man world on the OG PS1(despite the fact my sister hogged it to herself), but I play the remaster on my PS5 and Switch and I'm glad Anubis was nerfed; it looked like a pain to beat on the OG PS1
