Hi , nice benchmark and i like it . I wanna ask 1 thing , for example in cs at 0:33 how could you say the average fps is 63 meanwhile the average fps could change like to 62 , 64 , 65 , i just want to know that
The information on the top left is updated in real-time in-game, meanwhile the average FPS in the middle is overall average, like what it will be at the end of the benchmark - this is what I write manually to let the viewers know what overall average is without them having to skip forward into the video.
Any 4th gen i7 will be a good upgrade, but try to get i7-4790 or 4770 specifically. The "S" versions are slightly weaker and run cooler. You should only prioritize the S versions if you have a stock cooler and not planning on upgrading it.
Download MSI Afterburner, install RivaTuner as well. Open MSI Afterburner, go to Settings > On-Screen Display and set the keybind for Toggle On-Screen Display. Then go to Benchmark and set the keybind for Begin Recording and End Recording. Then go to Monitoring and check the "Show in On-Screen Display" box on everything you wanna show on your screen. There are guides on how to make this happen, it's difficult to explain in text. I might make a guide on my 2nd channel at some point on how to set up MSI Afterburner like this, but for now I hope what I wrote helps. I suggest to take a look at a video guide on RUclips as well.
i7 4770 is better in performance. 4770S draws less power and has a lower temperature because it doesn't boost as high because of its lower power limits. In this benchmark if I had a 4770 in this PC, nothing would change. The GPU isn't powerful enough to stress either CPU. You would need a GTX 1070, 1080 or RTX 2060 to start seeing those small differences.
It is much better. Not only its cores are faster, but it has 6C/12T instead of 4C/8T. and if you have it on Z series motherboard, you'll have much faster RAM which will matter a lot as well.
I might do it sometime soon. I'm abandoning LGA 1155 (i7 2600 & i7 3770) in 2024, so if you don't see that benchmark from me this year, I might not test it at all later on. I don't have LGA 1155 motherboards and CPUs right now, so it'll be difficult to find them at a low price to then build a PC and benchmark it. I have GTX 1050 TI's tho :)
@@alexmc5811 I have an i7-3770S sitting here at the moment, it is weaker than 3770 but stronger than 2600. I will most likely test that CPU + GTX 1050 TI. It'll happen sometime in mid November.

@@BenchmarkEnthusiast good enough to make me understand thank you !
i have i5 4690
does 4770s worth to upgrade to?
it wouldn't cost more than actual 4770 though but i care about power efficiency

You can get a xeon. E3-1230, 31, 40, 41 etc.. for way cheaper
Hey, any info about CPU wattage?
i7-4770S draws around 50-78W depending on the load.
how did you get the afterburner to work .

@@BenchmarkEnthusiast But are they equal in games?
@@_motawerpro870 Depends on the game and the GPU you're using. If you want a Yes or No answer, Yes is more correct.
