Scarborough Benelux Festival 1964

This is another edit from the home movie that the late Jack Ellard took . It shows some shots of Scarborough`s Benelux Festival and I am pretty sure it is 1964. I have added some backing music from the early 1960s - not all of the tunes are actually 1964, but you get the idea! Lot`s of the old Scarborough shops can be seen and I wonder if anyone out there can spot themselves either as part of the parade, driving a vehicle or just part of the crowd?
