    Hi, @YogaMedicine I am somebody who has had chronic nerve pain related to my fascia for many years and I reduced my pain through yoga and qigong and massage and acupuncture and meditation to a point where I wasn’t in such intense pain anymore. However, I reached a plateau (I had already lost 10 years of my prime, and once I brought my pain threshold low enough that I could focus on the rest of the things I had put on hold, I plateaued in my healing journey) and I’m looking to take a yoga teacher training course, but I wanted to know from you ladies what you thought was the best style of yoga for somebody with myofascial issues?
