I’ve had this book on my bedside table for ages… and been meaning to read it all year to get into better habits 🤦♀️ instead of watching RUclips at bedtime! So perhaps your video is the push I need to make that switch to read more at bedtime again. And also get up and do my washing up in the morning instead of leaving it… I will finish his book. After hearing you mention this on the pod I decided to look into it more and I found an app that you and others wanting to get into this might find useful. Its called "Habit Tracker" (the icon is a white tick on a pink background). It allows you to set daily goals and tick them off during the day e.g. tick off your 5 a day as you eat them or make sure you drink enough cups of water. It also does timed activities like "read for x mins" and you just set the timer off when you start reading. Has honestly changed my life and it gives you a sense of achievement when you've completed everything. P.s. Wouldn't have discovered it without you mentioning the habit thing on the pod so thanks Robbie!

Now I'm past 25 I just realised I'm not getting any younger and I can't really afford to be unproductive and waste the rest of my 20s away, just going to bed a tiny bit earlier and not using my phone in bed I get such a better nights sleep and suddenly have extra time the next day because I'm able to wake up so much earlier
I first got an Emma mattress around 2 years ago and I’ve never looked back. Best mattress I’ve ever had, just moved house and updated to a king size from them. Go on Robbie you absolute legend!
It's all good and positive Robbie but most of us have a day job mate where we have to fit everything into half an hour before we leave to sit in traffic for an hour before we all start work. But hey, at least we've got a mattress discount.

He didn’t once mention what he did during his work day, this is him getting up extra early before everyone is up and the school run starts… you don’t have to fit everything into half an hour like you said, you’ve chosen to give yourself half an hour each morning so you can sleep longer I assume. Just small habits in the morning
@@gracemcleod6503 I know what he does for a job, he does RUclips and whilst great affords you with extra time whenever you need it, unlike real life where getting up early doesn't do anything but make you more tired in the evening, which if you want any quality of life, isn't good.
