In coles and other supermarkets, you get approximately 150% of your base salary. Suppose on weekdays your salary is $25 per hours, then on weekend evenings, you will be getting $25x1.5 per hour and on public holidays you would get twice of your base salary. Another point to be noted is that even if you don’t get orders on ubereats, you are still at work and your online time keeps on adding up. But, if you work at supermarkets or restaurants, then you will be getting paid no matter how much work you do. I hope it clears your doubt. Thanks for your suggestion bro. Even I thought of doing the same. But, the only issue I faced was my driving licence. I never got an opportunity to get a four wheeler driving licence back in India. And, driving licence system here in Melbourne is completely different. So, doing Uber in a car was impossible for me. Not getting a licence in India was my biggest mistake and I have already paid the price for it.😬
