I kinda feel kobo in here... Since indonesian and philippines kinda have the same kind of hospitality... or should i say both countries have kind people in it. mostly kind people and we are kinda like that we talk to stranger a lot since we are friendly ...

Me too because our culture is the same, but remember Kobo is not in the same country so they were just warning her about people who might take her kindness and hospitality the wrong way. But there was nothing wrong with Kobo making small talk with others, so that was ok. 🙂 You just have to be a bit more cautious as a foreigner since many people will come up to you out of curiosity.

To be fair, if Kobo actually weights 36kg I'm not surprised she struggles with a 10kg dumbell, I think Kiara off memory said she was something like 50-55kg? same deal there tbh. Both of them don't do any sort of weight training so lifting over a quarter or around a fifth of you weight respectively is still pretty good for a straight novice, especially given that women don't get as much of a natural buff to physical like men do in the form of testosterone just automatically making your bones and muscles more dense by literally just being in your system all the time.
Calli has said she lifts and I think also does a fair bit of cardio, so it's no real surprise she'd be able to easily move around a single 10kg dumbbell.
Also I'm certain others will say this too, but you gotta be pretty serious about lifting before you start shifting from "generally tones, maybe a little bulkier than standard" to "bodybuilder ripped" in terms of appearance, so don't worry too much about how heavy you're lifting if it's what you enjoy doing!
