If you hold long term, you’ll see all time highs again, if you sell now you see the potential of selling before a big spike. Alternatively, if you sell now & take profits (taking tax into account of course😉), you could then buy the dip when it inevitably comes. But, how many peaks will you miss before then? Also, obviously it’s impossible to predict when the market will decline, but I predict it would be between the next 3-18 months (large window, I know). I feel like it might be sooner, rather than later.
