Thanks for this video! This particular model is under reviewed. I've been trying to figure out the VESA mount situation on this monitor. I've seen comments that the mount holes on the monitor are recessed, meaning that the mount itself has to fit exactly inside the recessed space for it to be compatible. Do you have any experience with this? It's genuinely a make-or-break aspect for me (and I imagine other people) so if it has an even somewhat finicky implementation of the VESA 100 standard I'll look elsewhere. Thanks again!

Hi Tom, i haven’t had a hands on the msi monitor so i wouldn’t know how big the diff is but with this monitor, i haven’t encountered any stuck pixel before or black smear and i believe the Xbox should run smoothly with the games available
My LG ultragear (27gr75q-b) just got delivered but I see the Motion blur reduction is greyed out in OSD setting. Could you please help me out ? The LG says the Motion blur reduction exists, Am i missing something ? Currently, i'm connected via the DP 1.4. Help me out ?

I have this exact monitor and yes, you can see the banding if you have a rich enough wallpaper. However, it it not be considered an issue as the overall visuals are quite good.

@@rtxwardaddy8785 Thanks for the reply. The matte coating works as intended, there is no over glare as seen with other matte displays, and it works well even in well-lit rooms. I am somewhat disappointed with the peak brightness. Please note that the peak brightness should be sufficient for normal and content creation use. I work with tools that require somewhat higher brightness levels to work clearly and this monitor is just fine, not great in that domain.
Bro let me tell you one thing. Many games on PS5 support 120hz now. Call of duty which you are playing right now in the video do support 120hz on Ps5 from 2020 and 1 more thing you need HDMI 2.1 if you want to play game in 4k 120fps not in 2k or Full HD. On 2k or Full HD a 2.0 port will be perfect for 120hz on PS5 and Xbox series X. I am not sure why you are cap at 60hz with this monitor.
I myself cannot understand why he isn’t able to get 1440p/120FPS Maybe he hasn’t enabled 1440p resolution on PS5 and is playing on 4K which is giving him 6Hz because 2K monitors give 4K/60hz on HDMI 2.0 unless untill you turn on 1440p on PS5 in settings and then 120FPS is enabled.

For PS5 it will show 120hz/1440p when you uesing the game only. If you not using any game in the background it will show 60hz/1440p

No, the ps5 requires HDMI 2.1 for VRR. It will do 60 and 120 fps, but not with vrr.
Xbox works with vrr on this monitor( freesync), ps 5 no, because vrr work only with hdmi version 2.1.
