Food on plane not even close to quality and choice like on regulsr BC. 3.) Yes, lie flat seat. But NO privacy, super outdated, no thrills, but cheap. 4.) As they are not a member of an alliance you're in trouble when they are late, cancel a flight or rebook you. They are surely an option for some but keep in mind: it's a low cost concept with all the downsides that comes with it.

Those of you wondering how much. I just looked up a one way ticket to Paris for Sunday, August 18th, 7am to 8pm. Total, $2,138. If you leave on Saturday 17th, it costs $1,632. Thats why the airline showers you with all those things.
I’ve flown business for the last decade with nearly all the major airlines. You aren’t missing anything, it’s not worth the money at all. The 400% extra you pay over a normal flight would be best invested in a nicer hotel or experience days when you get to your destination.
I fly cattle class everywhere and stay in budget accommodation. That way, I have money to spend on fun experiences and can extend my trips by many weeks. Even long haul is only a temporary state ( and being Australian pretty much everywhere to us is long haul!) and cattle class or first EVERYONE is breathing the same stale, recycled, bug filled air😂

They are pricey but other flights cost more, like normally the further out you book the more you save I go frequently for work from Newark NJ to Paris flight can be 3,000.00 to 4,500.00 round trip. Recently got it for 2,500.00 round trip.
I won't spend this much money on an airplane accommodation for only 13-17 hours, but spend it on the best hotel which is home away from home, eat the best gourmet that the country I am visiting offers and go see the spectacular landscape of the country I am visiting. The best memories I will forever cherish!
